He awoke to someone banging on the front door. According to the prosecutor he opened the front door and shot the girl through the screen door, which was locked. This wasn't an accident.............................
Unless the homeowner stated the screen door was locked; how would the prosecutor know.
In order to leave the house via the front door; the screen door would have to be unlocked. Unless the police report states that the shooter never left the house and the door was locked when the police arrived.
