dump her. then invite a bunch of 17 yr old girls over your house for a sleepover.

FTW

Man she's going to get pounded like a ragdoll at that party.

let me add more stuff...

parents will be there, other girls will be there, supposedly no alcohol/drugs.

because she said so? so what? you trust her? make up your fvckin mind.

I do trust her. That isn't the issue.

I am just trying to get some helpful opinions, no need to lash out!

edit : funny comments about her being rode by 3 other guys.

You better post back in 1-2 weeks and explain the break-up.

It's very clear she's up to something. She's gonna get rode the entire night and then again in the morning.

funny.

lets just say, there have been 3 rides this week and its only monday, so thats not an issue.

Maybe she is tired of being lady-like and riding side saddle, and she wants a more adventurous mount to ride.

That sounds exactly like what I had the girls tell their parents, when my parents were out of town:) Ah man, good times, the memories

Yea... I was just about to say the same thing. A party before school starts.... and they are going to all sit around and play trivial persuit and go to bed at 9:30? Bull.

my g/f went on some retreat or another for school... that worked out real well for me :disgust:
things went south in record time, broke up shortly thereafter, and started dating a guy she went on retreat w/

Dude, the fact of the matter is she and all her friends are seniors in high school having a party. Of course they're going to drink. And if you trust her as you say you do, then you trust her judgement in the company of these people. They are one and the same. If she gets drunk and nailed by a bunch of guys, are you seriously going to blame *them* (assuming it's consenual, and usually it is between drunk people). Personally, even if I'm fvcking plastered I won't do anything with another girl because I love my gf.

I would want to go with her.

Whether she's the type to cheat or not - crazy drunk girl = trouble. I would worry more about the people she's with than what she may do.

I'm fine w/ my girl going to parties or whatever as long as she's with someone who isn't drinking. I personally have been involved w/ waaaay too many chicks who are way too wasted (As was I) and although I wasn't with anyone - they had b/f's (didn't know at the time)... and wouldn't have done anything had they been sober.

As. I. Said. If you trust her, you trust her judgement. If she feels safe with these people, you have no right to tell her otherwise. If she doesn't drink then none of that judgement is clouded. Clearly, if you think her friends are all "freaking rapists" there are other issues at hand.

over a year. things were a little shaky yeah (and in hindsight, i should have seen it coming). but this retreat thing totally destroyed any chance of things working, even though i didn't want to admit it at the time.

Seriously, at the end of high school many people, especially girls, are itching to change their lives, and this usually means dumping the old bo. This looks like a sign that she wan't to be independent, not just from her parents but from you.

With an older woman, I would trust that you could discuss why she want to go alone and how this worries you. Unfortunately, she may be unaware of her own motives, or she rather deny her desires and let fate be to blame.
