where can I pick me up one :)

Do you honestly think that she is going to wear it to the party and that this will stop anyone from hitting on her? Most likely she'll remove it and "forget" to put it back on until she's home.

At your age, relationships often last 2 years, with the last 6 months or so consisting of her trying to figure out how to break up with you without a bunch of emotional drama. You've been together for 1.5 years...she doesn't want you to go to this party...

You are not her parent or her husband. She doesn't need your permission to do whatever she wants to do, and you don't need permission to decide that some of her decisions are deal-breakers for you. She's 17 years old and just finished her junior year of high school. You're 19 years old and in college. It doesn't take a genius to figure out that your relationship has about a 95% chance of ending in the next few months.

Terrible picture of her, but she looks to be a cutie.

I'm surprised she hasn't had a train ran on her yet!

she was skeptical about posting it on here.

I am going to laugh so hard when she reads the part where you call her friends a bunch of hicks and rapists.

The biggest red flag to this story is that she does'nt want you to come along. Think about when you guys first hooked up, she probably wanted to be around you all the time. What possible reason could there be for her not wanting you to be there?

My now ex GF went to a party and I didnt go. I called the next day and heard heavy breathing of someone the whole time while she talked. I asked about it and she was hesitant to answer. I never knew what happened that night and I'll always wonder.

I can tell you right now everyone here is going to flip out on you about being concerned. But you can garaunee if it was the other way around your woman would have a big say in it and probably wouldnt let you do it.

I think that's great advice. If you were going to a sleep over with girls and booze, ask her how she would feel about it. If that doesn't raise some questions or some doubt in her, I would start to wonder... especially at 19 and 17. No offense.

just had another thought, if this guys parents are going to be home why would they allow drinking for an all night party. Especially considering most of the people there sound like they are underage.

first, if there's nothing to hide and the guy throwing the party is "just a friend", he would have no problem opening the invite for your gf to bring you along as well so her friends can meet you...and your gf should have no problem with this either...

if she has a problem with this, then reverse the situation and see how she feels:

you, as her bf of 1.5 years want to go 2 hours away (without her) and sleep over at this girl's place since she's having a party before school starts back up...not knowing anymore info than that, would she feel comfortable letting you go alone to this sleepover party AFTER you told her that she wouldn't feel comfortable and therefore don't want to bring her?

it all sounds shady...

you know her better than anyone (presumably). if something is up, don't you trust your instincts to tell you as much?

this is what I was looking for.

The very fact that you are posting this as a question on these forums shows that your instincts say she should not go.

parents will be there, other girls will be there, supposedly no alcohol/drugs.

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I love that line! It works all the time! Parents there!

Ahahahahahaha

The dad will be pumping your GF, while he smokes a blunt and does coke off of one of the other girls back.
