I am making and plan to carry thousands of these because I believe in a preemptive war on crime.

Sounds like a plan, lets do it.
I just hope I don't do something stupid and shoot somebody I only think is carrying cause he's an unctuous looking bastard.

Sounds like a "You" problem.

Or a Bush" problem.

You know that this is OT not P&N right?

not every political comment has to goto P&N relax. BUSH SUX😛

Always on the lookout to kill or injure someone huh? Dumbazz. Someday you'll get in deep sh!t because you're carrying one around. That sh!t should be illegal.

Oh yes, deathkoba, the anti-gun moron, shows his face finally. Do you realize your statement makes zero logical (or otherwise) sense? Fvcking troll.

You should look into getting a CompTac C-T.A.C IWB holster for your G22. That's what I use and I can conceal it with just a t-shirt. It helps if your clothes have a little room in them, though. A snug t-shirt will print like a mother.

Nothing like a gun thread to bring all the idiots out of the woodwork.

Suggestion to all of you - move to Canada, I'll take your place and your CW laws. Then when you get robbed by the first thug with a $100 saturday-night special, you can come back here and bitch and moan because you can't buy a firearm.

I carry a knife only because legality prevents me from packing anything larger.

We all know you carry a much larger, more blunt instrument with you at all times, big boy. 😉

I suppose but what does that have to do with anything? My knife work would turn a clowns smile to a frown...should we outlaw steak knives as well? guns dont kill people, people kill people and monkeys do too [if they have a gun] .

fixed

True and ture but I did think I was in P & N. I musta hit the wrong link. One communality between the two forums, however, is that few to none got the connection between unctious, WMD, and, preemptive, and the oil war in Iraq. 😀

The ol' Meat Truncheon's never failed me. I'm actually trying to get it in the federal arms registry as an "L&D 12-I" 😀

Excellent choice.

If the law was ever passed in my state to legalize carry, that would be the one for me.

I absolutely love it. I've put about 500 rounds through it at the range, the trigger pulls so nice and smooth.

You're joking. People actually carry around guns on their person when its not called for by their line of work? What would possess you to do this?

And no, I don't think 'because I'm exercising my right to do this' is a good answer... I'm not trying to troll or flame here, I'm just genuinely perplexed as to why you would go through all the danger, inconvenience and expense. Surely your neighbourhood can't be THAT rough 😛

It isn't dangerous or inconvenient at all. It is just one od those things that is hard to understand unless you've been around guns. Gun are a tool, and are safe if you use a modicum of common sense. I do understand your opinion, but carrying isn't really a big deal.

Come on Mill, you know this is flamebait. This will be a thread for people to say "Why do you need to carry a gun? What are you so scared of? My testicles are all the weaponry I need to carry because I'm a bigger man than you."

I used to carry a Sig 228 w/ 13rd mags and a Crimson Trace laser grip. My dad gave me a Kimber Ultra Compact to carry, and I got a holster for that. But honestly, it's just too big a hassle to carry every day. If I know I'm going into a dangerous or high-risk situation, I'll carry a gun, but otherwise, I live a very safe life. I get in my car in the garage of my house in a wealthy, violent-crime free suburb, I get on the freeway, and exit 1 block from the patrolled parking garage of my North Dallas office. Not to mention my company doesn't allow firearms at work or in the car.

The point is, I don't need to carry. But I do appreciate my right to carry a concealed weapon when I need to.

Living in Birmingham is the only justification I need! 😉

you should consider moving if you need to carry a gun to feel safe.

Mill not carrying:
"Crazy guy at bar thinks everyone but him is in the CIA. He sets my arm on fire(not sure if accidental or not). I try to call the cops on him with my cell phone. Bartender doesn't want the cops there so he grabs my cell phone and breaks it, and then has his goons slam me onto the concrete outside and attempt to kill me or something of that nature. I drove to the nearest gas station and called the police, but the bar owner is friendly with those officers, so they investigated me instead. When they said they were refusing to take a report of what happened to me(because they weren't there or didn't care or whatever) I said that was fvcked up so I was summarily arrested for disorderly conduct and public intox."

outcome: "Warrant rescinded and charges dropped."

I pull out my Glock 22 .40 caliber loaded with hollow points and let loose. I do so love putting rounds through a gun whenever I get a chance. By the way, anyone out there willing to front me bail?

outcome: 2 dead, Mill in jail for a long, long, time.

Food for thought.

Why would I carry a gun into a bar, or are you just trolling my threads as usual? Any amount of alcohol and guns do not mix, and you certainly should not carry in a bar. Period. I don't understand why some of you on AT have this perspective of me as someone who would do something like that. Hell, I'm around Sheriffs almost every day, and they were really the ones that urged me on(about a gun), and they were well aware of what happened that night and said it was pure BS. The guy I talk to the most(Deputy Jackson) said it was one of those things of just being in the wrong place, but that it wouldn't harm me background wise especically since everything was dropped.

<George Carlin> Some people are fvckin' stupid. </GC>

From a legal standpoint, CW + intox = big trouble. Even a shot of NyQuil is enough to put you over the legal limit in many states (0.02, IIRC) - but that's putting aside the fact that most legal CC'ers won't bring the damn gun to the bar.
