spotdancer, you may have JUST solved my problem!
I usually fall asleep on my side, but when I wake up I'm on my stomach. I really want a thick pad, but I don't know how much time I spend on my stomach (and Mark reccommends for stomach sleepers no more than 2", otherwise your stomach sinks in too far, weirdly curving your back i think). I was debating about what I was going to do (wait and see if I can figure out my sleeping habits better) but now I can just go ahead and buy a 2" now (who wants to wait?!). Sweet idea, i'm going to call Mark tomorrow and I'll ask him if there'd be any difference in using two just to make sure.
