Nice, I'm going to get Just Cause 2, RailWorks 2, also considering Assassin's Creed 2, Monkey Island Pack, and Resettear Item Shop. Didn't get anything for the first couple days though.

Nothing good today.

I've only purchased the FEAR complete pack, as well as The Witcher (which I am surprisingly enjoying).

The only one that at all peaks my interest, is Ass Creed 2, and that is probably only because it has TV commercials that make it look epic.
Nobody here cautioned about the UBiSoft "must be online to play" DRM it has, like they did in the thread in the Hot Deals forum. Now you have been warned.

yeah, that's the only thing that keeps me from pulling the trigger. Honestly my computer is always connected so it doesn't really matter, but I don't like to support that kind of practice

My last UbiSoft game was Far Cry 2. The multiplayer master servers for that game were down on a regular basis, effectively halting all multiplayer activity. I would hope (fear) the new DRM servers are not anything like that.

As they say, hope is eternal but in your case you shouldn't read the ubi support forums.

Day of Defeat: Source - $2.50
Just Cause 2 - $7.50
Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale - $6.80
Assassin's Creed 2 - $14.99
Zuma's Revenge - $8.00
CoD 4: Modern Warfare - $14.99
Trials 2: Second Edition - $2.50

Railworks 2 - $6.00
Tales of Monkey Isaland - $17.49

I'm thinking either AvP since it's only $5 or Spore. I played the demo for AvP and I didn't like it at all but $5 for a newer DX11 game isn't bad. I haven't played Spore at all. Reviews for Spore looked decent.

Spore is pretty boring. My copy is laying around my place somewhere; I can send it to you free of charge if you really want it.

Is Tales of Monkey Island worth $17.5? I love classic adventure games but it's a bit pricey compared to other games on sale. And Spores for $7.5, wonder if it's worth a try. Only if I have the time to play them all...

Yeah best part of the game IMHO is the beginning when you swim through the primordial soup. Though for $5 the part after that when you develop into tribes/assemble your creature isn't so bad, the problem is you do it once or twice and it's a repetitive yawn fest. I never really played past that level to the galaxy portion.

Yep, that's about where I got as well. Lost interest after that; I did want to see some of the ending parts, but I had no desire to slog all the way through to get to them.

also, the ubi DRM has never been a problem for me. i have Splinter Cell Conviction and Settlers 7.

I'm thinking of grabbing Spore. I heard I should get the $5 pack as well...is it worth getting the expansion for $7.50 on top of that?
