The Barnes & Noble $20 Criterion sale got me; I bought at least 30 of them, then just picked up a bunch of Black Friday stuff (looking forward to that Deadwood complete set showing up!). :awe:

I played the Lego demos on the PS3 and they are pretty fun, not enough to actually buy them though.

KT do you plan to watch them all? I'm assuming you got about 80ish BRs out of that....are you just building a collection when people come over so you always have something to watch?

I'll watch them all, but it's a bit of all of those things. I have friends come over and just grab a disc they have not seen and we watch it. I have no problem re-watching all of the films I own; would not own them otherwise.

fear pack a good deal? aways wanted to play them never did though..

I really enjoyed the first game (SP only, the MP was freaking horrible). Never got around to the second one and was considering this pack so I could try it. :hmm:

Side note: are there any mods or anything I need for Fallout 3? Or since it's the GOTY edition, it has everything I need?

Hmmm, not too enticing for me, I might pick Defense Grid up, the other ones either I already have or I'm not interested in.

Lara Croft for $3.60... BOUGHT!

Makes up for the disappointment that I bought super meat boy at $10 and seeing it for $3.75 yesterday.

Picked up 2 copies of Lara Croft for $3.60 apiece so I can play coop with my son, also two copies of Puzzle Quest for both of us, and The Witcher for myself, been waiting for that one.

So far in for $42.88 for the 2 days. Not too bad. Then again we're only into the 2nd day of this. I'm kind of scared.

So far:

Super Meat Boy x3
Lara Croft x2
Puzzle Quest x2
Winterbottom x3
Oddboxx
The Witcher
Caster
Blueberry Garden
Magnetis
Indie 2D Pack

Only thing that might be interesting for Day 2 is "The Witcher"...not sure about it, but I'm considering it.

I will wait until Bioshock 2 hits bargain bin $5.
When the heck is Dragon Age going to be $5? If they released the ultimate bundle $10 with all DLCs/game packs I will buy it without hesitation.

Disciples III any good? looks like a mix of different types of games--strategy, party rpg or something odd.

how does it play? shitty combat?

The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut is $5, is it worth it? Metacritic gave the witcher an 86 out of 100 critic rating and a 9.1 out of 10 user rating.

Bioshock 2 is $9.99, but I have read a lot of bad reviews about it. From what I read, #2 is just near as good as the original.

A mod here has compared the game to taking a nap.

I'm salivating over the witcher. I read the book a month or so back and I've been waiting for the price to hit rock bottom.

Is it possible to gift a copy of a game through Steam I bought and played last year? I'd happily give someone my copy of the Witcher.

Oh yeah I'll also finally be picking up Puzzle Quest and Defense Grid. I need to keep an eye out for Plants vrs Zombies while I'm at it.

The Witcher is more of an old school gaming experience, slower paced but great story and interesting characters. If you can play a more pre-MTV generation paced game, then it's great. If you're expecting something where they throw everything and the kitchen sink at you constantly, then it's probably not for you.

It does have boobies.
