Rosenstein reportedly headed to the WH.
You and I have had this conversation before, but our differences never were this... weird.
It might be possible that a President can be charged BUT not tried until after his term. I'm not sure on this because who the hell could be? Nothing like this ever has happened in our history. But putting a President in prison while still holding Office? As you say it can't work that way.
When Mueller presents what he has to Whitaker .. does Whitaker really have a choice? If the evidence is there, wouldnt Whitaker be committing obstruction if he put a lid on it?
He was a useless ass clown anyway.
BTW, got a link?
The Diwali Night Massacre!!!Rosenstein has been summoned to the White House, reported he is on his way over.
If there's a strong enough case against Trump for a federal indictment then there's a strong enough case he'll be forced to resign, one way or another. It may not even be over the Russia thing but over financial crimes uncovered during the investigation.
I doubt that Friday will pass w/o action from Mueller's office.
Man, I get on a plane for a few hours and as soon as I land all I'm hearing about is some wacko press conference and this. Life comes at you fast.
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck
Can you explain how the judiciary having the power to remove the president from office at will is not a violation of the separation of powers doctrine?
Ok this post wins for me... I forgot it was Diwali. Well played. The Diwali Night Massacre!!!

Yeah... new... as if the base thinks Trump finally grew a pair, has manned up, and is starting to do "what needs to be done".Wait I thought this was the midterms? Didn’t realize we’d be getting a new president so soon but I’m down for it.
