Yes you are correct the burden is with the accuser.
However all you have provided is your opinion that because she continued to be on the show no harassment happened which is just an absolutely pathetic arguement. Women deal with all sorts of shit out of fear their careers will be harmed if they don't which is something harassers take advantage of.
Bill O has a long legal history here as someone who somehow gets in trouble over and over again for harassment and pays settlements to make it go away. This latest one fits in with his pattern of behavior. In my opinion it is more likely than not she is telling the truth. But my opinion really doesn't matter and neither does yours. All that will matter is what Rupert's sons think since this incident isn't being tried in a court of law.
