Amazon Prime 2-day shipping scam

I'm confused. I am experiencing something strange with my Prime account. I know its Wednesday night so let's consider any order I place tonight as being placed on Thursday morning.

Yet, when i select an item that Amazon is selling directly (vinyl), the Free Two Day shipping, that is the base of Prime, says Monday for a delivery date. Did they just change something to eliminate weekend deliveries--I just got one last Sunday!

Color me confused, but Thursday-->Friday-->Saturday should be the delivery date, and Monday would be 4 days on an in stock item that Amazon is selling directly to a residential address.

I canceled the order, logged out and then back in and tried again but getting the same thing. I guess Amazon thinks I can't count days. LOL

Can you link the item your trying to buy ?

The most likely reason is because it will ship Thursday morning and take until Monday to deliver is because it will be using UPS!

Sure. Duffy, Rockferry vinyl. Notice the date of Friday for Prime? That changes to Monday, 22nd, when I log in and Proceed to Checkout. I even checked my Prime Membership (could through March).

Yet when I am at checkout the Free Two-Day deliver says Monday--as if no more weekend deliveries.

Makes no difference to me what carrier they employ. Two Day Delivery is NOT Monday. This isn't an item coming from an Amazon partner, but Amazon directly. Do they consider vinyl too delicate to have the USPS scum touch it?
 
Ok mine says "Guaranteed delivery: Feb. 19, 2016 If you order in the next 3 hours and 23 minutes"

Where are you from ? Must have to do with location.
 
I do not live in a gated community. I am in Atlanta suburb and Amazon has made plenty of USPS, UPS and FedEx deliveries on the weekend.
 
I emailed them letting them know I tried twice to order it with Prime and it failed thus canceling the orders. I just got HR Block tax s/w delivered by USPS last Sunday and a pair of Western Digital products delivered by UPS on Saturday. No idea why this would happen although it is my first vinyl order attempt.
 
Hmm, UPS doesn't deliver on the weekends but they do on bank holidays? I say this because they were in my 'hood on Monday when the USPS was closed.
