y'all are whining fools. Amazon actually delivers it in 1day where I'm at, and that's about for half the things I buy with 2day prime. Haters gonna hate.

BarkingGhostar so did you contact Amazon live chat support?
Actually worked last night. I opened an email conversation and they apologized and offered to freebie a one-day delivery option. Well, they directed me to choose one-day service and they would refund the cost, but that option disappears once I log in. This must be something specific to my account.

I provided multiple screen captures to them and now waiting on their response. This is nuts, man.

WOW, just WOW. I think Amazon is employing idiots today. They are now telling me that One and Two day delivery for this item is not available, BECAUSE the seller evidently doesn't have the item in stock as advertised on Amazon.

I provided them with a screen capture with a Crayola rectangle where is shows that they are the seller and they are offering the One-Day delivery option, but only before I log into my account.

It is sad when you do everything to provide someone with the information and they ignore it by evidence of their reply. They tried to bribe me to go away with $5. I politely told them to keep their money and I would buy it in retail.

I know this is something with my account as proof that this isn't happening to others. I guess they simply want me to stop using my Prime benefits or something. This is a first bad experience I've had with them.

as my previous posts say, i ordered it on the 25th at about 10:40 AM EST. They took over 24 hours to process and ship it. i can understand this if i'd ordered it after 2 PM or 4 PM. but 10:40 AM and you can't ship it that afternoon? Really?

Same here - lots of missed shipments lately. My Valentines day gift didn't arrive when I used 2 day shipping and ordered on Wednesday morning.

Needless to say, the wife got 2 gifts this year...I was really pissed off about it.

I do not know which is worse, an item that Amazon themselves is selling and claiming to have 17 available for Two-Day delivery in my Atlanta market, but fails upon login, or the fact that I have been told twice by Amazon support to chose One-Day delivery and in both cases I told them that option isn't showing up as an option once I log in.

Jesus you would think they would have a better reading comprehension that I would. So, the best they can do is deliver in four days for an item that Amazon has in their own Atlanta market warehouse. Shit, maybe I should drive to the warehouse?

I noticed the same problem last night that I talked about before. An item says it will be delivered on Monday when ordering on a Wednesday night if you order within a few hours. When the timer runs out, it says Monday again. I mean... you don't need no fancy degree to realize that it ain't right! :hmm:

No problems here.

FFS just buy it using 1Day shipping and when it doesn't arrive when they say it should, complain and profit$$$. Or just do a CC chargeback saying the item wasn't what you paid for. All this creeping and speculation on supplier inventory and wasting time with customer service is absurd and sperg-like.

UPS most definitely does deliver on saturdays at least. Maybe not sundays, but definitely saturdays.
Yeah it depends on the city and how many people are able to deliver from a warehouse. I've had stuff delivered on sundays and even in a rare instance a federal holiday.

Guys, without even logging into my account Amazon is already guessing where I may be by my IP address. I do not maintain cookies on my web browsers.

So, if I open a new web browser and Amazon says it has 17 units in my Atlanta, GA market ready for both One Day delivery and Prime free Two-Day delivery I tend to believe them since I am in the Atlanta market also.

But I just got another correspondence from Amazon telling me my ZIP code is not eligible for One Day delivery service, which is fine and something I never asked for.

I'm just trying to figure out why the product and customer in the same city can't be paired in less than four days. I could probably walk my fat ass to their warehouse in four days.

Amazon still hasn't figured out why the Two Day delivery is coming up taking four days. BTW, on numerous other orders I have been offered One Day delivery service, but I'm guessing it is from warehouses in my back yard. o_O

Well, I originally wondered if this was an issue with buying vinyl from them but apparently it is not. I have since made repeated attempts to buy items (CD's, books, Blu-ray movies, PC parts, etc.) and while they are all have been carefully selected as Shipped from and Sold by Amazon.com with Prime eligible status, not a single one can be delivered to me before Monday.

It's like my Prime Membership is no longer valid or something. After 5th response from Amazon I informed them I would not be buying anything from them again until the issue is corrected--and certainly not renewing Prime next month.
