Thanks! Not going back to Win10, or buying a accessory TPM device. So I’ll try to sus it out over the next week or so within my return window hoping to resolve it. I really thought AMD drivers had come further along than this. This is such a fundamental system problem I can’t hardly believe it has been fixed already. I’ll check the current AGESA versions for availability BIOSes for my mobo.You sure it's not Windows 11? Maybe try with Windows 10.
