There are too much useless software in my car, I drive a stick and I don't need it to tell me what gear I am in and when to shift. Damit if I need those I be driving auto.
That was a mislabeled imminent self immolation warning light.IIRC, the Fierro was the first car that had a dash indicator that told the driver when to shift. Most cars just used an audible signal.
I went to Popeye's to order the blackened chicken sandwich to try it for the first time. Did not realize it was a limited edition item and was no longer available. Disappoint.
Just snooped Slack since I've been off for a bit as I wanted to see if there were any new developments on our office move. Looks like my desk is going to be right at the back, near the main entrance door, so the first thing people see as they walk through will be my back and my monitors, and I'll keep getting hit with cold air every time people go in and out. Not that I look at porn at work or anything but I just hate having my back to people/traffic. Gonna need to get a perm so my hair can be a giant affro lol. At the end of the day though, just glad I got a job to begin with, and that they're not moving the entire department down south or something. Like any change it will just take an adjustment period. I've worked there before when I was on help desk.
As a side note also saw there was a shooting last night near the location of our old office at one of the drug houses across the street, already missing out on action by not being there lol. Maybe that's not a bad thing though... our cars and us will be safer at the new place. Thieves sometimes do go to the new location but they tend to go around the back of the building and go for the cable reels and generators in the storage yard and don't really seem to touch employee vehicles. So that will be the silver lining of being there, our cars will be much safer than down town. I already had the starter in my truck stolen once. Surprised they never took the catalytic converters tbh. There's two.
Conglats, you have been promoted to security guard!

That’s what engine noise is for. Tachometers are pointless eye candy. The only "shift indicator" I want in my manual transmission vehicle is called a tachometer.
