Musk recently taunted Bezos when Tesla stock went up and he became the wealthiest person. I mean really? Both are crap human beings, regardless of the accomplishments of their companies.
lol. Here's 🥈for you too for regurgitating media headlines.

Elon Musk is pushing humanity forward. You know I'm huge Elon Musk fanboy.

SpaceX/Starlink and Blue Origin/Amazon/Kuiper are not the only space internet projects. There's also AST SpaceMobile which I recently bought shares in. ASTS is lot more speculative but the stock has potential for big payday if they succeed. Not investment advice but it's a company you might want to check out since you have interest in this space. Also Rocket Lab. Rocket Lab is the only private company besides SpaceX that has successfully launched rocket into orbit. Not that low orbit crap like Virgin Galactic and Blue Origin. Peter Beck and Rocket Lab are the real deal.

Like I said in another thread, not wild about "broadband access for rural areas." Trumpies having internet access has not been a good thing and more will not be better.

But there's money to be made. That, and 1600 more space junk satellites in LEO.
Provide internet because it's a basic utility. Fix section 230 and privacy law to help with a lot of the crazy.

The micro satellite scourge is scary to me.

They also do not deserve to have electricity, roads, doctors, hospitals, education or faster internet.

WOW.
Well you vote for people that vote against these things in congress and at the state level, so i suggest you reevaluate your party loyalties if this actually matters to you.

I'm more concerned about the space junk really. There should be a law that whatever is sent into space has 2 options. If it is designed to never leave orbit, it has to have controlled reentry to earth or sent into orbit around the sun.

Yup, most of the party he votes for is voting against the core infrastructure bill. Not the BBB spending bill. The one that covers basic things like bridge and road repair.

He should spend less time worrying over how liberals feel about "his people" and more time worrying over the behavior of his chosen political party.

I'm aware of what Musk is doing in regards to space. I generally support it. But Musk is a crap human being. Like I said, my observation has nothing to do with Tesla or SpaceX.

You can like what Elon's companies have accomplished and his visions, while still not liking him. Of course, part of why he's successful is because he's an asshole that doesn't care what others think.

Oh, so when the Tesla stock went up he didn't say ""I'm sending a giant statute of the digit '2' to Jeffrey B, along with a silver medal?" He really didn't say that? That was just the media lying? LOL

So everybody that doesn't live in the city and think like you are "shit people"?

Interesting point. In countries like Iran, they really look down on people from rural areas. As in "you can't come to the city and get a job no matter how talented you are" and "you can't marry my daughter because you are from village" and "fuck you asshole for existing in a village" type of looking down on them. I kinda don't want to be like those guys.

I came from a rural area in the U.S. and have many talented and successful friends that did so too. But I guess fuck all of us because some people who aren't us say things that we didn't say.

This is both stupid and immoral.

It's something to keep in mind but not a big deal at the moment. Junk can't stay up in lower orbit forever. It will eventually fall out of orbit and burn up on reentry. And like any problem, there are already companies working on solution to solve the future space junk problem. Lot can be done with satellite design but even if the junk can't move on its own, Finnish company called Aurora Propulsion Technologies have small satellite robots they're building that will clean up the space junk in lower orbit.

Future of commercial space is extremely bright. You're going to see crazy amount of investments in space in the coming years. And Elon Musk and SpaceX deserves most of the credit for bringing excitement back to space and furthering our space tech. It's exciting time to be alive.

WOW.
They can live with what they have. They consistently vote for politicians that vote against these things for them, and remember, they are fully independent people that don't need any help from the government.

Meanwhile they are now supporting the most openlyracist and anti democratic fascists we have seen in decades.

These are good people? Have you ever read a history book? History is littered with large groups of shitty people. Trump really let the shit people in America get proud of being open with how horrible they are. Now we know, so fuck them. What is so hard to get?

I even voted for Bill Clinton once.

Didn't see that coming did you?

Whatever. I'm sure back in the 30s there were plenty of city folks who didn't see the need in electrify rural areas too. Same shit, different day.
I'm not really seeing that the cities benefited from the enormous cost of rural electrification. Subsidies have entrenched rural communities that long lost any economic reason to exist.

Agreed.

Henry Ford, Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla were some of the most eccentric men to have ever lived .

The first two being certified assholes.

They "deserve" what they can pay for. If they aren't willing to pay for these things themselves or raise taxes on the people who have the money to pay for these things, well, f' 'em.

Whatever you want to call it to justify your ignorance. I mean these people love the Confederate flag, a symbol of treason to America and racism, and who always rail against American elites, the ones actually trying to fund infrastructure for them and all those things I mentioned to help their lives. Trump brought out who these people are fundamentally, it's hideous, and made many realize these people are unreachable bad hombres. What would you do with unreachable bad hombres that fly a treasonous flag?

Why is this always the come back from conservatives? I don't get why you all are so embarrassed about who you vote for. I'm guessing you voted for Clinton in 92 because you felt betrayed by Bush doing the right thing and raising taxes.

I'm not embarrassed by who I have voted for. Why would you guess that? I'm only pointing out the fact that you have no idea who I have voted for in the past State, Local or Federal. The only thing you know is what I have told you: I voted for Trump twice and Bill Clinton once.
I voted for Clinton for his second term as I thought he did a good job during his first term. It had nothing to do with Bush Sr.
