manly - Good catch I forgot the HostingMountain.com buy 1 month, get 5 months free special ended last night. Damn now I gotta update my sig!
dc - You're right $5 is a very small risk. Plus Alan doesn't go around calling himself "CEO Alan" and you're getting a realistic amount of webspace/bandwidth for your $5/yr.
geckojohn - I agree, next to RippleHost.com's $5/yr hosting AddAction.net's $9.95 setup fee and 6 MONTHS OF FREE WEBHOSTING is the next best thing. AddAction.net currently hosts my forums http://forums.gottadeal.com/ you get a lot of bang for your buck. I'll PM you a URL with more details on the 6 free months special, after the first 6 free months there is no further obligation you can either cancel your account or pay the regular $6.95/mo fee. 500MB/5GB is pretty nice, not too small or too much.
jrichrds - Thanks for your comments regarding switching from cPanel to H Sphere, I could see myself doing it but it would take a while to adjust. Currently I prefer cPanel. In a few months I'm going to ask Dixiesys to move my accounts from Plesk to Ensim so I can learn that as well.
