This is something BIGGER than you though. You need to involve the proper authorities and get the minors (brother AND sister) out of the house LEGALLY. THAT is the resolution you need to work towards as you're Mom is stil their legal gaurdian, and they (being minors) are under her custody, unless you and/or your dad can change that.

regardless, do the right thing and get this done PROPERLY.

I know.

My mom smokes weed, and doesn't hide it. She doesn't smoke it all of the time, so I guess pothead wouldn't be a good name for her. Also, I can't be certain my sis got these drugs from her parents, but that is what my brother thinks.

She could have just a easily stole some from her friends house or something. But I'm going to find out today.

Yeah, we have both been skating for about 4 years now. I like the long boards and he likes the short ones. I can't keep my balance on the short ones though, and they hit too many "invisible" rocks. BAM! Complete stop doing 15mph! Then I fall and hurt myself.

What I would do:

Get my brother out and immediately take legal action to get custody of him. It shouldn't be hard to get immediate, temporary custody in light of the situation.
then report the situation to social services to help the sister. You can't take her out of that and provide what she needs for recovery, but they can and are paid (your tax money) to do just that.

But then I'm not in your situation either. That seems like the reasonable thing to do from my POV.

Appearently, he called my girlfriends sister (who he used to date) and told her what happened last week. Last week my brother said he wanted to move out and my mom totally flipped saying weed is fine and sh!t.

I guess she thought it all happened last night and then she told my girlfriend. But me and my brother can't figure out who made up the story about my sister snorting coke.



So here is the situation soo far:

- My sister still smokes weed.
- He told me that she gets drunk about once every week.
- Everything in this post still applies. He still wants to move out and my sister has problems.

they convinced him to back off the thing about coke. she might've actually done it and they're threatening him now. get him out of there, then ask him again, just like take him out somewhere to talk

Yeah, we caught him at a demo in North Carolina before the 2004 X-Games. After he signed some things he said that they were about to go eat. I told them that there was a Hooter's about 2 miles away.

Your whole story sounds pretty made up to me. First you post that your brother caught your sis snorting blow, now your saying, you both heard about it some round about punk snitch way? Meh, you're beyond saving. I'm out.
