My brother and I have the same dad. Who is now divorced from my mom. But my sister is my stepdad's daughter. I can't do anything with her. I don't have any rights and neither does my dad.

did you read the thread? it's his step sister, they share a common mother but not father. his father can get custody of the brother as it's his fathers son but not custody of the step sister.

all he can do for his step sister is call child services, they can't take custody.
