UPDATE: I just got off the phone with my brother and he says my sister wasn't caught snorting coke last night. He said it never happened.

Appearently, he called my girlfriends sister (who he used to date) and told her what happened last week. Last week my brother said he wanted to move out and my mom totally flipped saying weed is fine and sh!t.

I guess she thought it all happened last night and then she told my girlfriend. But me and my brother can't figure out who made up the story about my sister snorting coke.



So here is the situation soo far:

- My sister still smokes weed.
- He told me that she gets drunk about once every week.
- Everything in this post still applies. He still wants to move out and my sister has problems.

Not to mention that he's just blasted his family's names, business relationships, pictures and other personal data that he has no reason to talk about, much less plaster all over the intarweb, out there for every one to see. Posting a pic of your dad's name at the top of a contract with the info that is visible? If I were your dad I'd kick your ass for that.

At this point anyone with criminal intentions and half a brain could have a field day with their identities (especially his dad's). I don't know if the story is true or not anymore but OP should not have posted those items.

It's a bad situation. I don't envy you. But reality says that if you don't pull some extreme measures to get your sister out of that house and off the drugs she could very well wind up spending her 14th birthday blowing some fat 50 year old behind the dumpster at Safeway for a $20 rock. Yeah, do something like that. But as many people have said, see a lawyer first. Also, if your not willing to take direct action immediantly at least start spending time with your sister, go to a movie or something, try to be a positive influence and get her clean. Also, weed is illegal. What would happen if the cops recieved an annonymous tip that your mom's house has loads of sh!t in it, with pics to prove it? I'm not saying actualy do it, as judging from your posts your situation is really unstable. But it serves to have bargaining chips when the time comes. The next time you go to her house, take some pics. You then have cold hard evidence.

BTW, I'm an HS senior. I've seen several girls I know by name/face since elementry school turn from normal, clean, kids to crack-whores. Its not a pretty picture.

Your whole story sounds pretty made up to me. First you post that your brother caught your sis snorting blow, now your saying, you both heard about it some round about punk snitch way? Meh, you're beyond saving. I'm out.

well, as much as i hate interfering with other people's lives, this cant not go on. You should imediately go there, grab your little brother b4 physical abuse happens from him saying something to your mom and step dad, and two, grab your little sis and do a imediate detox on her.

Crack is a degenerative drug, meaning it eats at you, and after a white, you become messed up both psychologically and physcially. Ive had tons and tons of experience with crack heads, and believe me, if one wasnt my best friend, i would of all just lead them to a tank of sharks. They get really edggy, and not to mention paranoid.

2. Look at pupals when talking. If there doing a real good cover, but you see there pupals, the black in the eyes, are all fully blown out, there definitely on something.

3. if you love your sister, and she's 12, you'll pull her out, try to detox her on your own, and if all else fails, call a hospital imediately. But i emphasize try to detox her on your own. Depending on how long she's been on the drug, detoxing at home shouldnt be too hard.

4. I understand why your not calling the cops on your mom. shiet, to be honest if it was my mom, i probably would be in the same situation as you right now. But what your mom does, is up to her. She's older then you and therefore should be wiser. Wait for her to come to help to you and your dad, dont force her. It will only result in more of a separation. But your sister is still a minor.

If she is your blood sister, id take a friend, a big suit case, throw all her clothes in the case, you and your friend give her a ultimatium. Either she comes out with you guys into the car calmly OR you can have a nice ambulence with 2 armed cops to conduct a formal drug test and if she passes, drag her out. Show her you have 911 ready on send. Im sure that will scare her enough to leave.

5. There is nothing stronger in this world then a mothers love, but when that mothers love is gone, the next best thing is a brothers love. I also have a little brother whom i love to death. I would give my life for him for any reason if it ment saving his. Im sure from you writting in this thread you think the same. Pull your brother out now. Tell your dad. Start to get some things working imediately.

Duddy, you need to talk to your paternal father about what is going on, in depth, no holds barred. If he has half a brain and makes the $$$ you say he does, his first call will be to child protective services. They are the people who are going to help you and your family.

If for some reason your real father is unwilling, you will need to make the call.
