If we've seen anything over the past few months, it's that there are extremists on both sides of the aisle who are doing some pretty stupid stuff at the moment. You know, like burning down an Arby's just because someone got shot by the police there.

I won't be surprised at all if it's packed to the rafters with people determined to get their whole families infected! I'm just imagining a scenario where they actually respected science and stayed at home.
 
Has there been word on anti trump protest? I know there are plenty of folks in austin and Dallas that don't like trump. Not that far of a drive.

This rally seems like such a bad idea given the current political climate and pandemic.

Oh and is it true the first 500 people in get a month supply of hydroxychloroquine.

I belie there was an Arby's. burnt in Minneapolis . i haven't see who was responsible. For all i know it could have been that boogaloo group.
 
I wonder if construction on the ramp leading to the stage for his rally is already under way? Thing will have to be really long. Might be a safer idea to use a stage lift.

I'm not still not sure why people are burning down black owned businesses in their own neighborhoods thinking that's somehow going to help with protesting black oppression, though. Seems like they're just making their problems worse for themselves.

I'm also not sure what this has to do with the Trump rally in Tulsa, either, other than perhaps a history lesson from 100 years ago. Seems like we're wandering off-topic.

How many republicans does it take to screw-in a coronavirus germ into Donald Trump’s fat ass? Well, I guess we’ll find out soon enough. And all this time I thought it was Trump who's ignorance posed the COVID-19 threat to everyone. Who’d had ever thought it would end up as the Trumpies to pose the Covid-19 threat to Donald Trump?? That’s like the Jim Jones followers killing Jim before Jim had a chance to kill them. Somewhere in all this the term poetic justice applies.

Why do they need to sign a waiver?
They claim "it's a hoax!" so they shouldn't sign a waiver for something that "doesn't exist", should they?
Well, even if the virus "does exist", forsythia hydroxychloroquine and bleach will help them combat it.

I say hopefully the event is packed, and have most of the hospitals' personnel take vacation 2 weeks after the rally.
 
I watch that video of the murder and it still pisses me off to no end. WTF is it with cops? Are they not able to shoot someone in the leg? Or shoot in the arm? Or even in both the leg and arm? Seriously.... are the cops really that bad at shooting a gun and hitting a target? If at target practice, where cops are shooting at a cardboard cutout of a man at 30 feat away, are not the cops capable of hitting that target in an extremity? A leg? An arm? A foot? Since when has deadly force been the only option? Well, that again tells me that the cops have no desire to wound a target or shoot without killing. This tells me exactly what I expected all along, that cops are out on an vendetta to joy kill, and to joy kill only persons of different colored skin.

In the video, this cop have no respect for Rayshard Brooks as a human being or as a living breathing creature. This cop only looked at Rayshard Brooks as some potentially wild animal much like a solder in Vietnam would look at his Viet Cong enemy. After all of the cooperation from Rayshard Brooks and the seemly calm verbal exchange between Rayshard Brooks and the cop, that meant nothing to this cop. The cop still was fixed on murdering Rayshard Brooks in cold blood. And it is now obvious this cop in no way considered Rayshard Brooks to have the same right to occupy this earth as does this cop. To this cop, the entire incident was like some video game reenactment of fort nite, where Rayshard Brooks was the target and the cop would gain points by murdering Rayshard Brooks in cold blood.

Because of this, and so much more, I no longer care how much protestors march or riot of destroy property, I say have at it. I say do your best. Their actions are fully justified no matter how violent or destructive. At this point, nothing they can do is too extreme. The looting by protestors is as justified for those protestors as is cold blooded murder justified by a cop.

Should be pretty interesting how the Trump entourage is going to keep themselves separated from the potentially diseased crowd yet make things look "normal", like how Trump can simply wish the virus away from his rally, like he wishes the pandemic is a hoax and like he wishes he never got impeached and like he wishes everybody in the nation is supposed to believe his lies and like he wishes he controlled the media like his heroes in Russia and China.

The crimes he's committed while in office can only be surpassed by the notion that he may get away with all the damage he caused the nation just like Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld et al did when they had their turn at fucking things up and simply walked away from it all leaving the nation holding the bag of flaming crap they created.

This surreal existence that Trump and the party he leads are now living in where a rally is being held despite the potential for exacerbating a pandemic they would prefer to ignore in the hopes of keeping a lying conman and unindicted co-conspirator in office is simply beyond the realm of reality and into the world of the macabre. Insane asylums have more self-aware folks than the Repub party as it now exists.
