If there is an organized protest of Trump that day in Tulsa I may fly out to participate.

I'm worried that someone is going to convince them that there's going to be some big antifa movement, which will bring in all the crazed right wing white supremacist (really that's getting doubly redundant), and then they'll go and re-enact the Tulsa race riot.

Which, did anyone stop to think that maybe the one ditz was speaking about the future with regards to the Bowling Green Massacre?

I thought you were in Detroit. Wouldn’t that be a difficult short notice flight?

He's an eagle dude. :p

FTFY....Trump would have no idea either about the Tulsa massacre or Juneteenth. That would require a modicum of historical curiosity and the ability to read more than a few short monosyllabic sentences at a time.
That's what that chyron on CNN was about. I thought they misspelled the 10th. :)

However Stephen Miller can with some remote advice from Steve Bannon. That's right in their wheelhouse. Giving the middle finger to black people while giving a thumbs up to their racist base is a 2-fer
Yup, Juneteenth plus the anniversary of the Tulsa massacre.
This was thoughtfully planned out.
My guess too, is Steven Miller.
The whole administration are racist POS.

Trump’s plan for Tulsa rally a ‘welcome home’ to white supremacists, Kamala Harris says

“This isn’t just a wink to white supremacists — he’s throwing them a welcome home party,” Harris, also
frequently mentioned as a potential vice presidential candidate, wrote on Twitter.

Then his sycophant press secretary has the gall to say this. Remember, he still hasn't said jack about the death
of George Floyd. Or about the police departments.
"But White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany called Juneteenth a “meaningful day” to Trump and said
the African American community is “near and dear” to the president’s heart, according to the network. "

Maybe the Lincoln Project can make an ad about this rally and these tone-deaf, racist mothereffers.

Wonder if they'll be taking temperatures at the entrances?

probably not, they have already relieved themselves of any responsibility. in order to get tickets, you have to accept the following...

"By clicking register below, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By attending the Rally, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Donald J. Trump for President, Inc.; BOK Center; ASM Global; or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury."

I guess they figure anyone going to a Trump rally is dumb enough to surrender their legal rights to hold any vendors accountable for actually maintaining any CDC guidelines. But then again, Trumpers are all about surrendering their liberties for their King, so no surprise.

That's why Trump hires NAZIs like Stephen Miller.

He doesn't want his own Trumpie Bros to sue him, but doesn't care if they get sick or die!

The mind boggles to imagine how insipidly simple-minded these faithful people must be

Let the lemmings do whatever they want. I wonder what the average age is at a Trump rally.

It's obviously a vain attempt at appearing like he cares about the black community, but let's be honest: there's a good chance you won't find a single black person at the rally, and if they're present they'll likely be an invited guest, paid to be there or both.

Basing it on his event last night in Dallas. No one is going to wear masks or socially distance.

That's the worrisome bit. Trumpists whine that people were protesting during a pandemic, and there is a concern about that, but many of the people on the street were wearing masks and they were outdoors. It won't be surprising if many at Trump rallies refuse to wear masks out of spite, and they'll be close to each other at an indoor venue.

The sad thing is that you can almost see the news headlines a few weeks after each rally... "2,000 people at the latest Trump rally contracted COVID-19, 500 went to hospital, and 100 died."

I think that's when we're supposed to say "Womp. Womp." right?

You do know if you attend the rally you must sign a release waiver -- stating that if you come down with the virus you cannot hold the Trump organization responsible....lolol

That's not exactly true, he did say "it was a great day for him" when the job numbers came out.
