The unthinkable has finally come to pass...Mario and Sonic in the same game.

Hopefully it isnt a minigame fest and can be a solid competitor to Wii Sports.
There are also very solid rumors that NiGHTS will be returning for the Wii (possibly cross platform).
Heatseeker looks pretty good for an arcade dogfighter, and supposedly controls very well.
MOH Vanguard, also soon to drop, can hopefully correct some of COD3's deficiencies, but probably not.
Super Paper Mario looks fantastic and should be dropping very soon.
Mario Party needs a reinvention, so I've got my fingers crossed for MP8.
Little is known about Resident Evil for the Wii, but considering how well RE4 came out for the GC, RE for Wii could very well be amazing.
MySims looks interesting, but perhaps TOO cutesy.
Big Brain Academy is actually a lot more fun than it looks, and should be a blast multiplayer. (Seriously)
Pokemon Battle Revolution should be fun online for those that can deal with pokemon in the first place.
Manhunt 2 certainly isnt what you expect on the Wii, but if you can actually garrote people with the Wiimote/Nunchuk, itll be worth every cent.
Battallion Wars one was a sleeper, and if BW2 ends up being online, it is going to be awesome.
Boogie is looking quite creative and original, if they can pull it off...
EA will likely have a full lineup of EA Sports games, hopefully controlling as good or better as Madden.
And we all know nothing needs to be said about Super Mario Galaxy or Metroid Prime 3 - if they are not earth shakingly awesome, hell will have frozen over.
It's going to be a good year for the Wii.
