I wouldn't vote for Rudy for dogcatcher, but he didn't run a campaign in Iowa. The fact that he got any support at all is actually funny. I sure as hell wouldn't vote for someone who didn't come to my state.

Skoorb for President! With Mill as Veep! Gobies for Secretary of awesomeness.

And she's already out spinning

This is a stunning defeat for Billary.

There are a lot of people doubting Huckabee can do much, but hes leading in SC and a close second in Florida. If he wins SC, he will win Florida. If he wins Florida Super Tuesday will be good to him(alot of bible belt states).

Hillary needs to watch out, Iowa is marginally blue state, and over 60% were against her.

I don't doubt Huckabee. Evangelicals are a minority but their turnout is high. I'm actually scared to death of Huckabee. I knew tons of people that were going to vote Obama or McCain but now like Huckabee. Sigh.

Ok, who do you like? :D

McCain or Obama.

Well, I very much favor Paul, yet I understand he's unlikely to make it. As long as it's not Hillary or Huckabee.. Hillary is a bitch and I can't stand her voice and Huckabee is a religious fundamentalist- NO!

I think people dismiss Huckabee too quickly when matched up against Obama. The gloves have not come off yet against Obama. While I resent both of them merely because they are politicians, I especially resent the fact that Obama was so overtly groomed by the Democratic party as their next candidate. Nobody knew who the hell he was until he was introduced at the last Democratic convention as the next "rising star of the democratic party". He's doesnt seem to be his own man. He's there merely because he's a black guy with speaking skills, and has kept the race card in his pocket. He'd better keep it there, because if he introduces race into his campaign, white America will turn on him in a heartbeat. Huckabee can at least claim executive experience, though him being a baptist minister is a big black mark after the likes of Bush.

it's by less than 1%.

hardly stunning, and no one's ever really been predicting a big win for Hillary in Iowa or anything. both Edwards and Obama had more substantial pre-existing networks in Iowa.

if she loses in NH, then you can have your stunning defeat.

Its the symbolism thats stunning. She was supposed to be the front runner in Iowa. She was up like 12 points on Edwards before the Caucuses based on polling. Is she narrowly going to come in third? Probably. Not a big deal statistically, but more so symbolicly, which carries more weight because so much in politics is based on image.

what poll had her up by 12% recently? oO

don't get me wrong, I like Obama and would be happy to vote for him, but wake me up when we hit NH

I am a very conservative anti-abortion, Zionist republican and I would vote for any of the democrats before I voted for Huck or Rudy. I think you're going to have a tough time with that argument.

Huckabee really should be pres, he can use his super weapon to fix all of our nation's problems.

Iraq, no problem send Chuck over there.
Border security? Chuck can patrol the border.
Healthcare? lame, Chuck can zing around the country healing people.

Well, we agree on some things.

I'd never vote for Huckabee or 9/11. Not a chance.

But I would vote for Obama.

I would obviously have loved to see Paul do better, but seeing Hillary get beat by a solid 8% makes me a little happier.

I support Ron Paul, but Hillary losing is even better news, and it also means negative campaigning will be much more nastier than ever.

/brings out lawn chair and popcorn.

Enjoy the show I say!

GOD IS GREAT!!!
My favorite candidates won on both the democratic and republican side.
(Actually Richardson was my favorite on the Dem side, but he didn't have much of a chance of winning and told his delegates to vote for Obama)
