The difference is the raids in vanilla WoW were not saved instances. The only 10-15 man instance in vanilla WoW was Blackrock Spire and this instance is not a saved instance. UBRS was really treated no different than other 5 man instances. This is not the same as Karazhan.
true but ive always thought kara should be on a 3 day reset, which would help the 10 man -25 man issue alot IMO
also Scholo was a 10 man at one point
3 day reset would help but the rate of progression would still be slower because that means my guild would not be able to clear bosses up to the boss which we are learning and leave a full raid night for us to learn that boss before the reset. While having to kill all the bosses again will get us more gear, it will still be slower progression.
The bottom line is that if it doesn't make the game more fun then I say the hell with it. They shouldn't do it just because it is possible.
