It's PRIVATE PROPERTY. What right does government have to force them to serve someone they don't want to. The law violates their rights. It's similar if there is a law that violates free speech.

Go down to your local doctor's office and start preaching the gospel in a loud voice in the waiting room for as long as you can. When asked to leave, tell them they are violating your rights.

Please don't debate from a pro-2A stance if basic concepts are not completely grasped yet. It is as helpful as Johnny Fatass with the AR in the pic above.

Edit: My bad

The ignorance is amazing. This is what I have been saying the whole time, IT'S PRIVATE PROPERTY. You don't have free speech on private property. Gotta love how you misinterpret my post to attack me.

You were attempting to paint anyone who open carries the same. That isn't exactly some brand new political tactic that is hard to recognize.

Shit sorry, thought your post was the other moron. That was a mistake.

In my defense neither of you have avatars, which I strangely seem to associate with individual posters rather vividly :p

So you quote him, bold his exact words in his quote and respond to that bolded quote of him but somehow you had him mistaken for someone else?

So what you are saying is that you don't care if you disagree or agree with the argument at hand, presented and bolded as you respond to it, you disagree with users per general principle?

Are you sure you are not really fucking stupid?

I'm sorry I didn't read this entire post, I'm too busy laughing at your theory as to the purpose of the BoR

Troll troll troll your boat...

Let's pretend for a moment you're not trolling (which would require us to accept the aforementioned proposition that you're retarded). You're not required to serve people you don't want to serve on your property. No one says you have to operate a business on that property. But, by operating a business, you accept the rules that society has established for the operation of a business, such as not hiring 6 year old children for 25 cents per day, following established safety regulations, and serving all of the protected classes of people.

I would like to know what my theory is because I sure as hell haven't even spoken a word on the matter on this forum about it other than opposing your imbecilic notions on the matter.

But yeah, I know this discussion is done, you are apologizing to Incorruptible for quoting him exactly, bolding it, responding to the exact bolded quote and then proclaiming that you did not mean to do that.

Whatever you are smoking, it's rotting your brain.

Yup, and if you are open to the public, you can't fucking discriminate either.

No one, NOT ONE, is forced in any way to open a business that is open to the public NOR does even one single citizen have a right to do that. IF a citizen wishes to do that and can acquire the proper permits he will have to abide by the laws established to regulate such a business and among the extreme amount of those laws is one that says you cannot discriminate.

So Chipotle has ONE instance of an activist group carrying in ONE of its locations and it responds with a complete ban at all locations?

I think there is more than ONE group of idiots involved here.

Over-reaction = fail.

Probably because they wanted to quash the urges of other 2A attention whores in Chipotle's other markets; Texas doesn't have a lock on the 2A attention whores demographic.

Business owners should be able to make the choice on what goes on in their establishments. They should have the same exact capabilities as a person has in their house, but the business equivalent. Sell booze 24/7, allow smoking / sell smokes, allow guns, smacking your kid, discriminate, sell sodas larger than xx oz., make no disability accommodations, sell sex, free speech, etc. They should also be able to prohibit any of those things in any manner they would like, as well. The only exceptions here would be government facilities and any organization that doesn't pay taxes (not due to clever accounting, but places like charities, churches, and whatever else).

Any government restriction on any such things should be repealed because they overstep the boundaries of "private" vs. "public."

Just so we're all clear on this, the only person who carries on MY property is me. Anyone else is likely to get shot.
