Care to refute that loud sounds can not cause grave bodily harm with enough power behind them?

Care to refute that the wording of the law states that people are allowed to protect themselves in Florida against grave bodily harm allows them to use deadly force?

Care to refute that the defense laws don't state the method of which grave bodily harm comes from?

There is no law that says you can use deadly force over loud music, you IDIOT.

No YOU are the idiot, racist, mentally retarded shit for brain.

Can music, regardless if it's rap, rock, country music, yodeling, or even a recording of a person screaming be played at a decibel level loud enough to cause grave bodily harm? Yes it can. The TYPE of sound doesn't fucking matter you dipshit. It's the power behind the sound. You are a mentally retarded moron if you can not understand that concept.

I was making a point of interest by stating that IF someone played their music loud enough to cause grave bodily harm with the intent to do so to others around them, then people under Florida law have a right to defend themselves. THAT is the law you ignoramus. You have the mental capacity of a dung beetle if you fail to comprehend that simple point.

I never stated the teens in this discussion were playing their music that loud. I never stated the teens in question should be shot dead over music either. You are one racist mother fucker to assume so and try to call me racist over your stupid ass assumption.

I was making a fucking point about how strange the law can be used to legally allow justifiable use of deadly force against a person using sound at levels powerful enough to cause harm to others.

You don't know the law so stop acting like you do. Please ask a FL Defense Attorney about this and let us know their response.

I can't wait to hear from you that it's possible that the teenagers had a peanut butter sandwich, Dunn is allergic to peanuts and was defending himself from bodily harm.

You don't know the law, so stop it please.

The teenagers were playing loud music in their parking spot before Dunn pulled up along side them. Dunn could have rolled up his windows, could have move his vehicle, etc.

Next thing you'll tell us is if a neighbor starts blasting music and it causes me bodily harm. I can go over to his house and kill him.

Stop with your asinine stuff. You're becoming worse than SA.

It does not state how the grave bodily harm is inflicted.

Sonic weapons and the use of subsonics or ultra sonics with enough power has been proven to cause grave bodily harm.

But go ahead and keep making yourself look like a bigger idiot every time you post trying to refute this.

You know it's sad how bent out of shape everyone gets on this subject here. For both sides. Entertaining, but sad. You have one group of people already convinced of his guilt and another of his innocence. We have a justice system in place to determine one or the other and time will sort it out eventually. So far, there have been very few facts given to the media about this case and yet too many here are ready to decide which side of the school yard they belong to. Silly really.

 I guess you don't take your own advice.

The shooting was justified because of verbal threats to life, a weapon shown and disparity of force. Color has nothing to do with it. Don't go around threatening others and presenting a weapon and you won't get shot.

Color has everything to do with it, as the only reason you believe Dunn's story is because the victims here were black. But because they're black you don't believe they were even victims and they had to have had a shot gun. If they had been white kids in a Camry you'd need proof of a gun, not the word of a murderer.

How is not about color again?

But this thread has snowballed with the idea going around that loud music is a felony that's SYG worthy.

Like I said, you don't know the law. Stop acting like you. Again, then anybody can kill their neighbor if their loud music is causing bodily harm. Even worse, if the person actually drives up towards that music

 Yes, those teenagers were using sonic weapons. You can't be serious. Any criminal attorney would laugh at you.

Based on your interpretation of the law, Dunn told those teenagers in a threatening manner to turn down their music. Those teenagers had a right to get out of their vehicle and kill him. Yet, one shot a weapon and fled the scene while the other didn't shot a weapon and remained at the scene of the crime.

I don't have much of an opinion of you anyway, but stop and look how utterly stupid you sound. You are sitting here justifying the killing of someone over playing loud music. Just read that a few times, mediatate on it. Then maybe a light will come on, if possible.

Where have I broken my own advice? I get pissed off when shit for brains try to peg me as racist because I state an esoteric point of law as more of a nerdish endeavor than anything else. I only state what has been brought to light as evidence thus far, all of which by posting links and references to any such info, and if I DO have an opinion on something I state it as being my opinion only.

I do not try to deceive or convince others that my opinion is the only right one. I try not to make opinions either which are not sound and made from the evidence at hand. I also explain my logical deductions in detail so people know how I reach any opinion.

I do take affront when people try to say I've done anything else. Or when shit for brains like classy try to call me names over shit he has no fucking comprehension on. If someone makes a point personal for me, I have no problem calling them out on it.

Negative. I have vigorously supported Crystal Scoot in texas who shot an unarmed white guy along with any other self defense shooting. Color has nothing to do with my mind, but it DOMINATES yours, racist.

No, I have no "justified killing someone over loud music" as you are trying to insinuate. I am stating that if someone uses sound as a sonic weapon with the intent to cause harm to others, then people are justified in defending themselves from that. Something I've stated several times and you still fail to comprehend and use logical strawman fallacies as an argument. Meditate on that shit for brains.

You are right and wrong. Sound can be used at a weapon, but with the equipment the kids had in their SUV, they would be receiving more harm than any bystanders would. They would feel pain much sooner in the case of high freq. especially. Lows would hit them more as well. Unless they used high freq. with directional focused horns with decent power, mounted and aim-able outside the SUV, they'd receive the worst of it.

No I am right ONLY. I never stated the teens were using sound levels at such a capacity to cause grave bodily harm to others. I just stated a fucking rhetorical situation that IF the sound levels had been high enough to cause grave bodily harm, Dunn would have been justified in shooting them under Florida law.

So in all cases I am right.

There are only 2 threads that I've participated in where black people have died as part of the discussion. I have NOT sided with Dunn in this case and I have made that point emphatically clear. I have NOT sided with the teens either. I have posted what evidence I have been able to find and correct people as a devil's advocate when they make stupid posts such as emphatically claiming Dunn was drunk at the time of the shooting.

I HAVE sided with George Zimmerman in his defense as of late. However George is not white. He is predominately Latino with both white AND black ancestory.

I HAVE defended black people accused of wrong doing that have no presented evidence that showed that they did anything wrong in other threads. In fact, you and I were the only ones at first defending a Black lady working in a government position who was being fired because people were accusing her of being racist over a speech she made and using racial bigotry in her job. Do you not remember that discussion?

So until you stop busting out the race card on me for no reason go eat a dick.

Not of commercial manufacture. In that context only you are correct. Anyone with the know how though is more than capable of creating a powerful enough sonic weapon in a car as a car stereo.

Actually, it wouldn't be that hard and the parts, while not bargain store cheap, would run much less than some have in their car setups. The parts are commercially available to anyone. But it would have to be outside mounted to be effective.

Oh I remember the name of the black lady I defended now.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resignation_of_Shirley_Sherrod

She was being railroaded and I was one of the very few dissenters to everyone calling her racist and trying to get her fired in a thread I participated on this forum.

So fuck you again classy.

Yes after all the evidence came out which showed the entire video. Come on now, you act like you soldier on or something, give me a break. It was clear as day that Breibart, lol now dead and gone, had played an edited video.

I never said the parts for making it aren't commercially available. I said that there is no commercially available car stereo system that could be used as a sonic weapon.

However, something like this infinite baffle setup.

http://www.facstaff.bucknell.edu/esantane/movies/ibsub.html

Would be more than enough. Using 18's instead of 15's like that article with a bit more amps in the system would be more than capable of putting out single digit hertz frequencies over an extended period of time in the 135+ decibel range. Hell, probably could put out even more power than that.

There is no doubt in my mind none whatsoever, if the races were reversed, you would be in here crowing a different tune. Just look at your mindset. You actually think that these kids playing loud music somehow warranted them being killed. Your sick and you need to stop posting and get some help.

This all for nothing, because they possessed nothing of this sorts. The guy had been drinking, didn't like their music, started some stuff, and eventually shot up the car. So what their music was loud, big deal. They go on about their business and he could have went on about his. Same with Zimmerman, the truth that is lost, is the fact the kid was doing nothing but walking and minding his own business. If the kid had been white Zimmerman would not have done anything.
