when o when will civ 5 go on sale ?

It won't...until NEXT year. 🙂 [I too am waiting for a bottom dollar deal on this and a few other games].

Lara Croft - fun isometric puzzle and action platform game.
COD:MW - It's COD without as many annoying cut scenes as black ops.
GTA IV - Liberty City - fun game well worth the $10 if you haven't played it yet.
Dam..L4D2 on sale for individual copies today .. curse you valve!

Kings Bounty - reminds me of FF7 style gaming - nabbed the pack [holy crow - 16gb install for all 3 games].

Guess I'll stock up on some L4D2. I'll just gift two to myself, and I'll just give them away to my friends at a later date.

Scrolling through the list I thought I saw Wing Commander, turns out it was Wings of Prey on one line and Supreme Commander on the next. Think I need to go to bed.

hell yea baby!!! woooo!! orange box!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heh, today seems kind of a bust if you already own the Orange Box 🙁. I'd consider jumping on Splinter Cell, but that's if it were 50%+ off.... World of Goo was already on sale in that one pack, so I already have it.

does anyone have experience with indie puzzle pack today? is it worth $5?

Shatter is absolutely excellent. It's essentially arkanoid/breakout on steroids with boss matches.

Shatter is worth the $5 alone. Puzzle Dimensions seems to be pretty good as well.

So, I finally played bit trip beat from the music indie pack.

People........like this game? I came out with a splitting headache after 15 minutes of play. That makes two games I instantly deleted from that music indie pack.

I also deleted Rhythm Zone right away, because it just reinforced why I don't like those type of music games: my manual dexterity is terrible.

There is still another sale tomorrow folks, take a deep breath.

Don't hold your breath. In the past, the final day's sale has typically been a recap of the other sales.

Steam has A LOT of sales this time of year, people. Holiday deals season stretches until a week or two after New Year's, keep an eye out.

The Kings Bounty games are 8.50 for the lot. That's a steal if you like tactical turn based combat games.

i heard these were good and i'm not too big on turn based but i picked them up anyway. started playing Legend and it's pretty tough and experience seems very hard to gather.

I'm playing as a mage so I have no idea if thats why it seems so hard or not?
