Wow......cream in your coffee? I think that's where Americans need to start in tackling their obesity problem. Then they can look at cheese and sugar consumption.

It's all about moderation. I see people walk into Dunkin Donuts and order a medium coffee with 8 sugars and 4 creams and all I can do is :eek:

Cream in coffee or tea is way more of a British thing than a US thing.

I sometimes put cream in my tea and somehow I magically still maintain a 118lb frame at 5'6". The biggest problem in the US, IMO, is portion size. If you order food in a restaurant you often get 4x a recommended portion.

I put a splash of 2% milk in my coffee. I can drink 10 cups of coffee and have less milk than would be in a bowl of cereal.

If I go out for a latte or something, I'll get whole fatty milk. I don't do that very often though.
