This is really not that complicated. I'm guessing the OP said something stupid like "I'd like a drink".

See the section that says "Brewed coffee"?

Once again (this is in Danish, but nonetheless), see the menu item "Freshly Brewed Coffee"?

I'm thinking the OP has never been to Starbucks and thought they don't serve plain coffee. So his joke thread failed and now he's stupidly trying to recover it.

That or the OP is just a moron.

You are the type of guy that couldn't f*ck his way out of a whore house with a fist full of $1 bills, amirite?

I didn't find a English menu.

What country do you live in? I've been to Starbucks all over Asia and Europe and they've always had the menu in English.

Maybe you're just blind. Most likely you just failed with this thread which has been done a billion times already with similar fail.

There is a metric shit ton of things to rant on starbucks about. If you were creative, you could still create a semi-original rant about a topic that has been beat to death.

But you didn't.

Has anyone else had Starbucks hot chocolate vary widely from store to store? I can go to one store and consistently get a good rich hot chocolate yet go to another store and get something that doesn't taste nearly as good.

Every Dunkin Donuts I go to has consistently good hot chocolate but not Starbucks...

is that in Courics or something?

Just incept yourself with the idea that you drank coffee already when really you didn't.

How do you think the Americans who don't drink coffee stay awake? Eat healthy and exercise, right? What about college students who can't even afford coffee?

Grow peppers in the backyard. When you need to stay awake, go pick one and snap it in half. With both open ends of the pepper, stick one into each of your eyes. It's what they did in the Vietnam War to stay awake for days and days. It might work for you...

let me guess, you're an apple fan too, right?

huh? Apple fan? Because I don't shop at starbucks I'm an apple fan? Are you implying starbucks is the microsoft of the coffee world? If so I kind of agree with that analogy, but you are dead wrong as I haven't had a mac since I was 10.

It sounds like you might be stupid. Not that I would ever go to starbucks, but if i did I'm pretty sure I could figure out how to order. McDonalds clearly caters to your kind.

me: "can i have a medium big mac meal please, and an oreo mcflurry as well"

mcD's employee: "what number?"

Does America have coffee that isn't fast food coffee? Probably 95% of coffee bought in the city I'm in is from small cafes rather than Starbucks/Mcdonalds. Particularly as SB is so damn expensive - at least $6.00 for a coffee that would be $3.50 anywhere else.

What I hate:

me: I'll have a number 1 combo... large size.... with curly fries... and with a Coke
("..." means a slight pause to give them time to enter in the order)
employee: Ok, a number 1, is that the combo?
me: yes....
employee: Ok, regular fries, curly fries, or onion rings?
me: curly fries... and that's large with a coke...
employee: Ok, would you like that small, medium, or large/
me: *sigh* Large....
employee: Ok, and what would you like to drink?
me: a coke
employee: ok, is that all?
me: yes
*60 seconds of silence*
employee: ok, that'll be 5.50

TAKES WAY TOO LONG!

Yeah, we have small local coffee shops. You can get a coffee for $1.50 or a fancy drink for $3-4. They have nicer atmospheres too.

There are a lot more Starbucks than local coffee shops though. The local places tend to be frequented by college students, hipsters, etc. It seems like "normal, average" people usually go to Starbucks.

Hmm weird that's the opposite to here. We have one Starbucks in town and about 25+ cafes. Mind you our coffee culture here is different to the USA - almost no one drinks percolated coffee, and when you "go out for a coffee" it's always an espresso type coffee. I don't think any of the cafes here serve percolator coffee any more.

And here Starbucks seems to be the hipsters/teenagers hang out. Normal folk eg working folk go to the cafes around town.

starbucks does sell drip coffee. it's called coffee. you go in and ask for a coffee.

they also respond to normal sizes. small, medium, large. you don't have to specify in their froo-froo sizing scheme, and they won't ask for clarification if you give them a size to work with to start.

rants like this just serve to make the op look like a complete dumbass, as none of the points touched on were valid.
