How will we get to the root of it if informed viewpoints disputing the memo's conclusions are suppressed by the government?
So now you're going to preemptively start a conspiracy theory before the interagency review is even completed? You're a hoot! I smell desperation.

Haha, so it's party over country after all. Color me entirely unsurprised at your lack of principles.

As for a 'conspiracy theory', what nonsense are you talking about? The House intelligence committee voted to release the Republican memo and voted to suppress the Democratic memo scrutinizing it. Are you claiming this vote never happened?

https://www.npr.org/2018/01/29/5817...e-secret-gop-memo-withhold-democrats-rebuttal

But this time, Democrats complain they are being denied their chance to fire back at what they call the cherry-picked version of events in Nunes' file. House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Adam Schiff told reporters on Monday evening that the majority used another party-line vote to reject his motion to release his secret memo responding to Nunes' memo.

That's not a conspiracy theory. The HOR has already refused release of Dems' own memo on the subject. The FBI is constrained from releasing information as well.

As has been pointed out, Nunes' efforts are very likely cherry picking with spin, lots of it. Ron Johnson's obviously have been.

Let's also not forget that "some sources say" Nunes refuses to deny that he worked with the WH on the memo:

And remember, Nunes was already busted lying once before trying to pass off White House talking points as the work of him and his 'independent' committee.

The tribalism going on here is just disgusting. On one hand you have basically the unified opposition of every intelligence official, regardless of party, going back several administrations, calling this an extraordinary abuse of power that jeopardizes not only national security but also permanently undermines federal law enforcement. On the other hand you have Republicans trying to shield the president from a criminal investigation.

Who do the 'law and order' conservatives side with? Like we even have to ask.

GOP "Law & Order" is to keep the little people in line, keep the prisons full & to protect the rights of property. It avoids holding the rich & powerful to the same standards quite by design.

Selling crack on the corner will get you 20 years, depending. Laundering millions in drug money gets you a fine.

We'll see.
FBI has stated don't release it info is false. Also...
“FISA warrants typically are big thick documents, 50-60 pages. If the Nunes memo about one is just 4 pages, you can bet it’s a carefully picked bowl of cherries,” former deputy director of the CIA John McLaughlin tweeted on Wednesday.

What else do you need to "see"??

Anyone notice how quick Trump wants to release a document with classified information yet we hem and haw with the JFK assassination files which happened over 50 years ago.

That's his way of not having to come out and condemn something his political sports team has done. Can you imagine if Obama had been working with Democratic congressmen to release classified information over the objections of the FBI in order to undermine a criminal investigation into his administration? DSF would have been incandescent with rage.

I would like to make up my own mind after seeing both the Republican and Democrat memos as well as the various areas of disagreement. That said, I see that you've already seen more than enough to confirm your bias without actually seeing anything that might require some semblance of independent and objective thought. Nice job!

But in the real world we’ll only get the right’s side.

I am already sure that what I’m looking at is Trump and the republicans leading us down the path to totalitarianism. I think what I see some may cone to see but some may never see because of unconscious bias. But I see no way to demonstrate I’m not the one with that bias. I have tried to look for the presence of a secret elite in the FBI but it looks to me to be an invented smoke screen to protect Trump.

If you're going to make up horseshit...let's say "tears of rage" instead. I'll prefer to play the drama queen in your little make-believe world.

How can you make up your mind if you don't see the underlying information either is based off of and have a working understanding of how to interpret it? You're basically saying let me see who I want to believe most.

I wonder which side that will be.
