If it helps you form a better opinion, I think addictive drug users (including marijuana) are vile dipshits that deserve to be crammed into tiny individual cells in complete isolation until they learn to operate without their chemical dependence. A human being that completely relies on chemicals to function in life (caffeine addicts too) are completely useless to society and a heavy drain on it.

I used to think the reddit layout was terrible, until I actually started using it. Installing reddit enhancement suite helps too. I think I had misconceptions on what reddit actually is.

Reddit has a few educational/helpful subreddits (mostly tech related subs such as science, technology, engineering, etc) but most are fucking garbage. Even ones that start off as potentially insightful go to absolute shit (AskReddit).

To a great extent I agree with that, but in this age it's also much harder to hide what you do in your personal time. You didn't have piss tests 100 years ago.
