ATOT isn't racist. It is just that alot of the members just do not like Afro-Americans which is different.... But then they do not like homosexuals or anyone who is different from them or their friends either.

You know, it occurs to me that calling the entirety of ATOT a bunch of old white bigots is about the most biased comment I've ever read on here. Such a blanket statement to me immediately screams of hypocrisy. You accuse us of not liking black people as a whole, when clearly you've come to this conclusion based on the comments of what I would say is very few people, and then you go and group us as a whole and call us racist. That makes a great deal of sense :disgust:

Oh, and btw:
<---This old lonely white man is a 26 year-old Chinese male engaged to be married. That makes me NOT old, NOT white, and NOT lonely. So shut the fvck up, you idiot. :|

I just find it amusing that we at a computer forum site are being called racist. I mean its not like we are at www.dieyoulessofaracebastard.com

The very few people here that I have seen post a racist comment are gone for good via instant lifetime ban.

i tend to disagree. there are many forums without censorship that contain blatant display of racism and hatred toward people of different race, religion, belief and etc. but ATOT, unlike many of those places, is heavily moderated and is one of most intolerant places i have been in terms of posting inappropriate material. given the amount of all that moderating work, i see a lot of stuff go unnoticed (or simply ignored) that i find somewhat offensive. this is a view from a minority who who was born and raised outside this country, so YMMV.

communities that do have moderation of some sort seem to have higher maturity level among posters, so racism really isnt an issue for them. perhaps the problem stems from the sheer size of AT forums; the more people you have, the more assholes you have.

This thread is regarding racism, not religion.

ATOT is one of the most accepting places when it comes to racism, so anything else you wrote doesn't apply as you're coming from a broader standpoint.

Anyone who says AT is racist is a moron, end of story. Look at how many asian and eastern people populate the boards. I'd be willing to bet that the whites are greatly outnumbered here. The OP made a statement, couldn't back it up, and pussed out and called this a sarcastic thread. Luckily for him the game was on, otherwise I would've been in here discussing back when this thread was alive.
