<< DRDEATH, did you take a look at that site EngineNr9 provided a link to?
Nope, because they do not understand the bible. >>
Right, and you do understand the bible perfectly. Let me tell you this, I've read the bible once as a whole and I honestly don't see what's so attractive about it. To me it just appears to be what it is: a collection of myths.
<< I know in the old testemant it sayed to sacrifice animals to GOD... But, In the new testement it says NOT to... Because Jesus made the Ultimate sacrifice for us, on the CROSS. Here is one contradiction... right??? >>
Fool, if you would have read some of those sites that were listed on that linked site, you would have known about the countless contradictions in the bible, especially in the New Testament.
<< Whoever made that site didn't take the time to look the other contradictions answers up. I havent either, But if I were to find a contradiction I would KNOW that somewhere in the Bible it tells exactly why and how the contradiction worked.
If it was something that bother me I would ask a pastor What it meant... Why dont you guys ask someone Knowledgeable In the BIBLE. He/She would give you alot better answers than I can, with my limited Bible Knowledge... >>
Some of the sites listed on that page were written by Christians who have studied history. I would think that they're knowledgeable enough.
<< Gods way are not our own, We can never understand his ways. But, His way is best. Read the Ten Commandements... If,... everyone lived bye those rules The world would'nt Be full of SIN and EVIL. >>
Right, we can not understand gods, but we do know that they created everything out of thin air. But of course, that makes an awful lot of sense, doesn't it?
LOL... your remark about 'sin' and 'evil' made me laugh. Those two things do not exist. There are no 'sins', nor is there 'evil'. Both words were created by Christians, at some time in history. Since both ideas are man-made, they're totally subjective.
And those ten commandments are not detailed enough to be understood.
On a sidenote, the first commandment is being violated by the US willingly: the death-penalty. The first commandment says "thou shall not kill." and not "thou shall not kill, unless someone kills a relative/friend of you.".
Dream on, no ideology, not even the Christian one will ever succeed in creating an Utopia of this world. Just look at Communism, which failed due to Human greed and corruption.
Seeing you in such a state of ignorance and totally absorbed by your blind faith in this ideology makes me glad that I'm not like you. I really pity you and I'm certain that more AT members feel the same way.

what are you afraid of? You never give any examples of why I'm closed-minded. On the other hand, every post of you proves your closed-mindedness. Now please shut up until you've got a useful contribution to make to this thread. I really wish that your little friend, DRDEATH, would do the same.
