Is greed a psychological defect, or human nature? Because it isn't a rarity amongst humans. After that, the only crime we'd need to deal with would be psychologically damaged people, because what other incentive is there to do crime?
Neely never assaulted ANYONE, much less Daniel Penny. He was simply being obnoxious, loud, and threatening. As if that doesn't occur daily on the NYC subway system.Isn't that a kind of Jordan Neelyism?
Innocent guy on the way to work gets assaulted by flailing menace.
Innocent guy fights back.. yet gets charged with manslaughter.
Sad thing is I could see it happening to anyone on this forum.. only thing is most of the people on the forum do not use NYC subway to get to work everyday and at least have the safe space of their car.
See...you've now crossed the line into 'shitheelyism' territory. FDC thread territory. Taj opinion territory.
You were previously just expressing your opinion on one instance of criming leading to death, but now you're just resorting to outright lies (which have been rehashed and debunked numerous times in the thread about the case) in order to justify your barbaric opinions of criminals. Only...Neely wasn't committing any crimes at the time he was grabbed, choked out, and killed.
So according to you, why did he need to die? Or why is it okay that Penny did the deed?
...and kill them for it, yeah we get it....tell those harassing and flailing thugs to fuck off.
Have you read his posts in this thread? Seems an obvious answer.wait, you think it is ok to choke someone to death?
Extrajudicial killings are cool now because we need to (permanently) punish car thieves, mentally damaged people riding the subway, thugs, etc. etc.
