If you got ADHD you would be stuck on stupid about one little thing a topic perhaps till your mouth about drops.

Find your attention span is a tad bit short especially during the topic.

I had a 1 hour conversation about nehalem and trying to talk a guy into buying a 2600k over a $1,000 i7 990x at frys last week...he had it major he went all over he was a typical nerd talking about soldering crap on motherboards...taking classes for it i was like wow he outtalked me D:

I think I'm more ADD anyways. Probably why I always did well in school, but never applied myself.

Either way I can honestly say that I've played an unhealthy amount of video games through the years. That being the case I find it strange that people can be video game addicts and there is this negative stigma attached to that, but if someone watches TV for 5 hours a day that's normal.

Growing up the only games i ever played were the super nintendo mario brothers and tetris,i was a tetris ace i was playing this console till about 2001...cause my folks did not want me taking a major interest in gaming so i got burnt quick on the super nes.

My folks did not care for violence and today i would be buried in a forever box if they saw the stuff i was playing.

I would say i am not a video game addict i'm already burnt on BF3 and a title of late has been zero...besides BF3 i haven't bought a recent title in months hobby is about dead for me sadly.
 
I really hope there are some Sharqi servers on Tuesday... the hype for all the other maps seems pretty high, but I loves me some Sharqi times.

We'll probably be running Firestorm, Kharg, Canals + all B2K. Maybe even just B2K for a while. Oman is probably the favorite of server operators though.

I hope that's the case, because a 4GB "patch" is beyond ridiculous. I'm not on a cap or anything, or not super worried one way or the other... but I'd rather a smaller download. It still takes a decent amount of time to download that file on a 10mbit connection, and that's if maxed... last time, in the afternoon, I was having a hard time breaking past even 1/4 of my limit.
 
Yeah, I'm pretty sure the BTK stuff was downloaded with the patch... Might have the release date checker again to verify the time has past so you can play.
 
Since the BF3 console thread is super slow (I hate you MW3), does anyone know if the patch the PC received a week ago or so has been pushed to the 360. If not has anyone seen a release schedule?
 
I spent a few hours on a 24/7 Metro server that bans all explosives (anyone killing with explosives ends up getting kicked after a few warnings). The no explosives rule really change things up on that map. Was very fun so I added it to favorites.
 
yeah, i thought about getting some kills with the M320 on metro.... but thought better of it and decided to actually try to get good with my assault rifle.
 
Over the weekend I played some btk on ps3. Only spent a "few" minutes on wake and on oman just to check out the maps. They did a good job with the maps. But trying them out on ps3 only made me more anxious for it to get to pc. (I've spent a total of about 25 minutes in multiplayer on the ps3 - big shocker but it's so much better on pc - I only got it on ps3 since friends were getting it for ps3 and as it turns out they aren't playing it anyway).
