Christ, do you know what a question is? He asked a question of what the doctor's thoughts were on the concept of testing vaccines on horrible people - e.g. a rapist.

It's a legitimate question to ask a doctor when we are talking about saving the world - But for some reason you just immediately throw judgement that he is saying strap anyone in prison to a chair and injecting tests into any and all people and laughing about it. That clearly wasn't the case and it was clearly a rhetorical question aimed at the doctor's thoughts.

Basically they are saying - If you're high risk, stay home and self-quarantine. If you're young and able, continue life as normal. Basically creating a herd immunity of young people - AND not hurting the economy anywhere remotely close to like other countries.

One of those things of "We will see how it compares" over the next few weeks, but they are definitely doing things differently than other countries.

I don't like it. It may undermine attempts to slow it as much as possible to wipe it out with a vaccine. Letting it spread that way is only going to mutate it into a new strain before a vaccine is ready for this strain. We don't need this becoming endemic and changing every year to escape the vaccine (like the flu)!
