Dont sell the Mali-400 short, its going to be clocked at 440 mhz. It got 92 fps in GL Egypt benchmark that has since been taken down. It will be faster GPU wise than anything on Android in 2012

Infact im more bothered that its still Cortex A9s. It cant compete with Krait

Not at all considering the SGSII uses it too and it's fast. I am just surprised they don't take the opportunity to raise the bar and upgrade it now. But they may be "hold back" a little for when iPhone 5 comes around and they push out a upgrade later in response.

Interesting update. Amazon.de has listed the phone for 599 euros, it has a 4,7 inch screen and a 12 megapixel camera. And the codename for it is I9500

The vietnamese phone had the codename I9300.

Its becoming more likely that the vietnamese phone is NOT the Galaxy S3 but Galaxy M. Either the S3 is going to use Exynos 5250 or they will put a MALI-T604 in there

Meh, CPUs are overrated as ideally they spend most of their time idling. I'd rather have a beefier GPU for gaming.

Wonder how big the phone is.

Please don't make it bigger than 4.5 inches..!!

If they can keep the bezel's to a minimum they can probably stuff a 4.65" screen in a sgs2 intl body, so screen size is irrelevant really... assuming they can pull it off.

Were those sheeps? Did they just insult their customers and potential customers?

Lol, the ending of that was great.

I wonder if Samsung will try the "I'm a Mac" advertising approach against Apple.

Good thing I have my GS2 and ruler right next to each other

*measures*

NOPE!

Unless they changed the aspect ratio of the screen there's no way

We don't know if this is actually GS3 internals, but these benchmarks look promising

That's just it, the sgs2 has a 16:10 ratio just like the galaxy note(1280x800 rather than 1280x720), so going back to a normal 16:9 ratio screen you might be able to pull this off, the galaxy nexus is only 2mm wider than the sgs2.

Exynos 4212 is just a die-shrunk 4210 with higher clock speeds, right?
Should be, but theres no way in hell the flagship phone uses the 4212 SoC for this year.
I can see putting a 4212 in their Galaxy M (M? Equivilant to One S), but the flagship S is getting 4412 or 52xx.
