Thanks for bumping this mshan, I don't feel too bad for a shameless plug.

Graduating in a few weeks, looking for something in the Northern VA area.

Junior Developer, Analyst, or Consultant roles would be preferred.

Any leads would be appreciated.

I know I keep posting about this, but my company still has open Software Engineer positions. We're a GIS firm and you'd be working on our Justice and Election Services (JEST) team working with election and political data, along with our crime analysis software. PM me if interested.

PS: Great benefits. 🙂

My company is looking for two tech support people (one for normal shift, one for evening shift) in Washington, DC. HQ is near Dupont Circle. This is not a generic microsoft helpdesk type of gig. We support a proprietary web and video streaming application so you will be working hands on with things like Server 2003/2008, IIS, and MSSQL.

PM me if you are interested.

Anyone interested in being our sales/marketing/seo guy for madgenius.com? We are thinking a couple hundred/thousand a month for your services, something part time you can do off hours, or neffing at work.

We need someone who knows about the web hosting community, and how to help propel madgenius.com forward. We have screened a lot of people, but so far no one has fit at all with what we're looking for. We are looking in the USA, maybe CST timezone.

If you are technical, great, if not, that is OK too.

The owners (myself, and my business partner are located in the Minneapolis area). madgenius.com is s-corped in the state of Minnesota as well.

PM me if interested.

Hey, recently graduated Aerospace Engineer Major. Looking for anything really engineering related.

I have some interviews and stuff lined up, but I thought might as well try out the ATOT thread.

I work for an e-commerce company in western Canada (Vancouver Island area), we're looking for people for the following positions:

- Inside Sales Associate
- SQL Server Database Analyst
- Intermediate Business Analyst
- Technical Support Representative

Some of these are already into or almost done the interview process, but we're still looking for applicants as we'll be expanding our office over the next few months. In reality we're always looking for new people and will keep people on file and try to bring them in when we can if it works out.

You need to be able to work in Canada and be local to the Vancouver Island area, there's no budget for relocation unfortunately. PM me if you're interested and I'll get you in touch with the appropriate people.

Unemployed as of May 24
I have 12 plus years as a Tech Support Eng Tier II for a global company that manufactures UPS devices.
In addition, I have written KB articles and documentation for our team, outlining t/s processes. Also, training new employees on said processes.
My most recent experience in addition to the above is in Service Scheduling for Field Service Engineers nationwide for government agencies and national accounts.
I am anxious to get back to work in the St. Louis area.
PM me for OS environments, software, networking skills, etc.
Thanks!

Yeah, I've noticed that MD and Vermont seems to have a LOT of aerospace, which surprised me.

However, Google isn't helping me get the websites of many of these companies.

check out navair.mil

they are HUGE in aerospace, its federal govt.. but give it a shot....

also Raytheon is huge.... so is Sikorsky

Even Rolls Royce has jobs down here in aero

We support a proprietary web and video streaming application so you will be working hands on with things like Server 2003/2008, IIS, and MSSQL. Specific server experience is not a requirement.

PM me if you are interested.

I have family member with 20+ years of accounting experience. Her job moved and relocated to 2,000+ miles and she likes it here. She's looking for a job in or around Irvine and has already passed the government security clearance check (from her last job that moved). Thanks
