Not asking exclusively for myself. I got a sweet job making 16 bucks an hour and no benefits to construct industrial air conditioners that keep essential computers running.

Marketing gimmick for sure! However, at $50/mo (no subscription required) for unlimited access, this is by FAR the cheapest IT professional development certification that I've come across, especially for one that has real-world translation into usable skills & eventually degrees:
