They don't report when they actually get the movie back. It's been taking upwards of 5 days for movies to get to them -- but always one day to get back here. We ship straight from the post office.
Their policies intentionally make it slower for people who rent more movies. Read the Terms of Service. You DO NOT have the ability to get unlimited movies like they claim. If you are renting too much, they will slow your turnaround down. A lot.

that and they have almost no customer service. Have you ever tried looking for a phone number on their website?
