Guns, fireworks, 30 foot bonfires, and explosives?
yeah, I am going to have to downsize my magazines on my firearms ... I might juts sell them all together so I don't have to worry about them :/.
Way to downgrade.
And here I wish I could have hundreds of acres in the North Woods with my own private lakes and wildlife.
Good luck.
It may only be for a few years, but living in another state is something we've always wanted to do ... we know the sacrifices, especially in the space/rent area!
so you're giving up the "Play house" lifestyle and moving to the "yeezus christ there's a shitload of stuff around me but OMG everything is so expensive" lifestyle.
lol yup.
SOMA and 5 years in and not really a startup? I'd guess airbnb or uber
if its airbnb then mike jennings is great
nope! I did just read airbnb is now legal in san fran though, i'll try to use that when we go down there for a few days to prospect.
There are many properties available less than an hour away from the Twin Cities that you could buy and do what the fuck you want. Some even in the Twin Cities especially certain towns like Afton and maybe the north metro area. If I remember right the North metro is one of the fastest expanding areas in the whole metropolitan area.
Obviously you need lots of money if you want a huge property however. Otherwise you might be able to go for less like a few acres in Lake Elmo or something.
yeah, if we moved even further away, say 1+ hour commute we'd have a hobby farm for sure, but maybe when/if we come back to the twin cities.
And I would like to live here over many other locations in America. We are actually the 15th largest metroplitan area in the country. We are bigger than Denver, San Diego, or other more well known towns in America.
