Being a boy who is transgender does not in any way imply that naked girls do not turn you on sexually. One need only look to Bruce Jenner for evidence of that. I'll try to clarify my position a bit better. I'm not saying you need to support this specific example of posting pics. I was speaking more towards the idea of a breach of privacy of someone close vs what's being asked of the other girls in the class.

Like I said, 15 year olds probably aren't equipped to handle this like adults would. If in their mind, sharing a locker room with a transgender person is a breach of their privacy, that must be respected.

But that really is what's being asked here, isn't it. The student has asked "to be treated like any other girl in the school". To me, that doesn't mean:
-Being able to use the locker room when no other girls are around.
-Having to go early to get changed
-Having other students go early / late to avoid the student's presence, etc.

It means the student uses the locker room like anyone else does. No special treatment, accommodations, etc.
