I'm not impressed. Neither of the MX700s that came with my two MX Duo sets will charge anymore. This thread led me to try and have them replaced.
They want the receipts. Not a terrible request but I don't have them. Fail.
Now the morons just emailed me willing to replace my full size MX Revolution mouse with a notebook mouse.![]()

I think i speak for many of us here when i say that, with an attitude like yours, i'm glad they haven't replaced your product. Call them, be civil. It can work wonders.
I emailed them and was very civil. try not to assume.
Either way, they emailed me back and offered the Performance Mouse MX but said there is a 4 week backlog (or something to that effect). They are sending me a prepaid label to send off my Revolution. Guess I'll have to connect my old MX1000 in the mean time.

Same thing happened to me with my Logitech mouse. I replaced the two AA sized rechargable batteries. Not sure if your mouse is the same, but assuming the batteries are able to be replaced, do that.
yea some dumbass always brags about this sh*t in public and then opens them up to scamming and legit customer problems will always suffer in the end. so yea, great way to stab logitech in the back op.
Good to know that their warranty service is pretty pain free. I have a wireless KB/mouse combo that's probably about two years old. Works great, except the mouse has gotten kind of flaky, occasionally a single mouse click registers as two. It's not bad enough to make it unusable, though, and this set actually came with a five year warranty. So I might see if I can get another year or two of use out of it before sending it in for a replacement.
How old was your mouse? I'm having the same problem with mine![]()
