My MX Revolution intermittently double and triple clicks when I single click.

They sent me the newer Performance Mouse MX to replace my busted MX Revolution, even before I sent it back. They sent me a prepaid shipping label to send the busted MX Revolution back.

Actually they suck ass.

When my 5500s had the popping problem it took weeks and 10 phone calls for them to give me an rma. I sent my control pod in and it required a signature. The signature card came back signed but they said I never got it so I had to ship a huge subwoofer. THEN I waited weeks for my speakers and when I called they said they had no stock because they were fixing a popping problem that they denied even existed!!!!!!!!!!

That being said I still use their mice and my speakers still pop when I turn the knob.

They replaced my malfunctioning G5 with a brand new one and didn't even want me to ship back the broken one.

they've replaced a malfunctioning Harmony 720 remote and a couple malfunctioning keyboard/mice combo. Thumbsup to logitech

This happened to me too, but mine was something I COULD live with..so I have an unopened G5 waiting for use when this one finally craps out...love logitech!

Dont know what your problem is, but I had an issue with Z5500. Called them up (took only 1 call) and they just requested I send my remote and control pod so that's what I did. About 3 weeks later I had a whole new Z5500 system delivered via UPS.

I've also had my mouse replaced and they didn't even require me to send the old one back (G5 mouse).

I say logitech rocks! More companies should take notes from logitech.

Yeah, my "broken" one works fine for everyday mousing but has a loose connection that shows up when I'm gaming. I just use it on my second PC.

I wonder how their customer service is with ultimate ears... I got a pair of the headphones and one of the 3 speakers in the left earpiece might be broken as music sounds uneven throughout.

Engage scamster AT effect. RMA times twenty at Logitech this week.

no scamming. I had legit problems.

I originally paid $30 onsale last year for the MX Revolution from Best Buy. And now they replace it with the better Performance Mouse MX. Simply awesome.

Another woot for them. They have top notch drivers, and have replaced anything that has broken that I've called them about.

Never said that. I was referring to the fact that your brag thread is going to increase RMA's and likely make your next Logitech product cost slightly more.

It's one of the few computer peripheral companies where you can't really go wrong buying anything they make. Generally, it's a good product, but also they have a history of taking care of the customer if something goes wrong.

They are doing the same for my mx rev. but had to send mine in but a shitty battery life mouse does me no good when they are sending a upgraded version.

I wouldn't go as far as to say their drivers are good (I've had to run hacked drivers for the last 4 years to make their product actually work properly for me) but their CS is top notch no doubt. My mx700 died and they sent me their top of the line replacement for free within 1 business day and didn't even ask for my old one back.

My speed up/down buttons were sticking, but they stopped sticking, so it still works great, and now i've got a backup .. in box. I have been watching ebay for a G5, and they seem to sell for $50+ for some reason

yea some dumbass always brags about this sh*t in public and then opens them up to scamming and legit customer problems will always suffer in the end. so yea, great way to stab logitech in the back op.

I did nothing wrong so stop being pussyhurt. My mouse broke. They sent me a new one. I sent the old one back.

WTF is your problem. You are welcome to brag about how shitty a company is, if that makes you feel better.
