its those FOBB ASIANS... aka fresh of the banana boat asians those guys are rude and think they are king... however the good asians are the americanized ones that dont say kekeke

i can't speak for other asian countries but in china people are generally not as polite as people here. people do not hold doors open for others unless it's obviously the proper thing to do (eg for physically disabled ppl) and rarely apologize when they bump into you. so "fobbish" people probably carry those habits here.

Funny you say that. I've been to the UK and its customary for people there to keep doors open for others as well.

Azn people chill at azn hangouts. Azn hangouts are fsking crowded. If we stopped everytime we bumped into someone at our asian malls or chinatowns, no one would get anywhere.

wtf? nice job on generalizing  ive met plenty of "fob" asians from my school that are very very respectful to their peers and teachers. they are very willing to learn and dont feel like they are "kings." at the same time i know many americanized asians that are completely rude/ruthless and very disrespectful.

my point is, dont generalize.

I can't believe some people are giving hell to the OP. It was just an observation and he was asking a question in regards to it, because *gasp* different cultures do have a tendency to do things different; why is it unreasonable to ask a question in regards to this?

The only fools in this thread are those dolts who immediately jump on the racist/closed-minded/dumb American bandwagon.

Nailed it!

Idiot. Yes, you judge my character based on a sarcasm post? You're even more stupider than I thought. Why don't you go back into the hole like I told you so, instead of being an annoying pissant to people minding their own business? This is your second time you initiated uncalled offensive posts, kiddo.

Watch it troll.

I'm Korean as stated above. I know Koreans definitely don't do it in Korea. It's just a culture thing. They don't mean no harm.

And how long have you lived there?

It's also a generalization that stands up to experience.

LOL, everyone needs to calm down in this thread.

Let's just all agree on the fact that Stefan is a white supremist and move on. 😉

How about I had koreans hold doors for me before. (In Korea). May not be a common thing, but it's not rare.
Bumping thing is the norm. Since it's so crowded so I don't expect an apology. I bump as well.
Oh yea.... I'm korean. Born and raised.
How do you like them apples ?

Gee, I'm impressed. So what's your point, that you can't make generalizations if it's only 99% true?

99% true is far from it.
Try again dumbass

So, prove me wrong. You said it's not common. Either is it true more or less than 50% of the time. Which one is it?
