I remember watching the last Democratic debate and expecting Biden to get crushed but he held his own. That's all he has to do against Trump.

I was under the impression that the Trump campaign had already said no to any debates.

Debates? Biden should say he won't be complicit in providing a platform for Trump's lies- that he'll have to find his own.
Lol more like minimize how many more gaffs and dumb fuck up statements that Biden does.

Remember if you don't vote for me then you ain't black.

Calling Hurricane Florence “one of the wettest we’ve ever seen from the standpoint of water”

"And I tested very positively in another sense, this morning. I tested positively toward negative, right? So I tested perfectly this morning. Meaning I tested negative. ... But that’s a way of saying it: positively toward the negative."

Calling Apple CEO Tim Cook “Tim Apple”

“Suppose that we hit the body with a tremendous, whether it's ultraviolet or just very powerful light. Supposing you brought the light inside the body, which you can do either through the skin or in some other way.”

"And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute, one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs."

"Frederick Douglass is an example of somebody who's done an amazing job and is being recognized more and more, I notice."

"And I watched our police and our firemen down on 7/11... "

"I said, this is the greatest room I've ever seen. I -- I saw more computer boards than, I think, that they make today."

"I'm building a beautiful border wall between New Mexico and Colorado"

"I left Texas, and I left Florida, and I left Louisiana, and I went to Puerto Rico, and I met with the president of the Virgin Islands"

So what? There's that pesky reality of the pandemic & massive protests against institutional racism. Trump is on the losing side of all that. Meanwhile, the Biden campaign & the Lincoln project are killing it in social media. That was the key to Trump's win in 2016, remember?
Yea, his rallies an ability to stir up the base had nothing to do with it.
No matter how bad Trump is, people still need something to vote *for* other than "he isnt Trump". Eventually, Biden is going to have to come out of his basement and provide that something to vote for, and do it in an inspiring an coherent manner. Or perhaps if he makes a good choice, the VP candidate can shoulder most of the load.

Well, if there are debates don't expect any substance to come of it. We should just give the two old farts walkers and have an old fashion podium to podium old fart race. Lets just see who is more sickly than the other, and I bet Biden would win. Not by much, but Biden would win the walker race.

Just imagine you POOR STUPID democrats.... wouldn't it be so nice to have someone young up there like Pete Buttigieg? Isn't it time to pass the torch? Think of it..... after all we have been thru with Donald Trump in the past few months it sure would be a breath of fresh air if the youth of America could take over, and Pete Buttigieg would be just the guy. I truly believe democrats are going to regret going with Joe Biden when a young intelligent energetic Pete Buttigieg standing up on stage next to Donald Trump would be more than enough to elect Pete Buttigieg. Just imagine that picture, a fat old man with greasy caked-on makeup covering his face in contrast to a buff, tan, fit, good looking young man. Oh no democrats, I think you have already blown it big time. Democrats should have taken the chance and went with Pete.

On election day, voters will ask themselves which old fart should I vote for? A greasy old fart named Trump that I already know is insane, or should I vote for the other old fart Joe Biden that could end up just as crazy insane as the current Donald Trump? And if voters think of it that way, I expect voters will go with Donald Trump. They will say, better to stick with the nutcase we know rather than the nutcase we do not know.
PETE,

YOU'RE NEEDED ON THE DEBATE STAGE IMMEDIATELY.
Holy F... democrats, damn did you blow it for yourselves.
You DO realize that Donald Trump will be re-elected thanks to YOU.

There has been an agreement for three presidential and one vp debate. Trump actually wants more.
Of course he does... he wants to claw his way back into this. He's spoiling for a fight. It's his nature. He's been like that since he was a teenager, he said so himself.

Oh, like orange menace doesn't make gaffs. It's like where to you start in bringing them up, he never stops making gaffs. He's never on point. He's a continuous mockery of everything sacred. He's blasphemy personified. I will watch any debates and immediately after each, I will bathe thoroughly.

TBH I doubt that blacks got all hot and bothered when Biden said that. They aren't idiots, they know where he was coming from.

The Trump campaign is going up with a half million dollar ad buy on Georgia TV.

Correct me if I am wrong but I don't think the Death Star was designed to fight a defensive war in the Core Worlds.

I'm not at all sure that's true. This election is a referendum on Trump, people will be voting for or against Trump. Biden's job is to remain the blandly acceptable alternative, which is what he's doing now. That's why Biden (the non-viable candidate) is destroying Trump right now. Trump wants to fight someone and there's no one to fight.

So what? It's not 2016 anymore, Toto. Trump couldn't fill 20K seats in deep red Oklahoma. Rallies are now counter-productive. They're a good way for Trump to make himself look bad. None are scheduled. In 2016, Trump created a masterful illusion. People could only imagine a Trump presidency. Now he has to run on his disastrous record.

Biden? He's doing great so far. That's undeniable. Whatever he's doing is working. He mostly needs to stay alive to win. People understand that & accept that he needs to maintain social distancing.

Is Trump going to want to participate in debates with no audience? I don't really see a normal debate being possible with covid-19 still around.

That's so lame. White Conservatives getting goofy over how they think black people react to a statement like that always is. It's presumptuous. Doesn't seem to have fazed Black America in the slightest. They overwhelmingly support Biden.

Yeah, I have yet to hear a black person complain about that statement.
One guy I worked with posted “Well....duh”
Does exactly appear to be offended.

This is typical right wing trolling. They aren’t sincere about it so the message doesn’t work.
Sort of like going after comedians about blackface bits from years ago. Black people don’t give a shit about Jimmy Kimmel doing a Karl Malone skit.
They would give a shit about a new Imus & Andy Show.
Hard to explain and a right winger doesn’t want to invest the energy into understanding.

Biden gaffes are already baked in. The argument that these matters while Trump’s numbers are digging new holes everywhere just doesn’t comport with reality. Been hearing this for two years and the polling has been very steady until Trump massively failed at his job and let (helped some could argue) the country fall to pieces.

Blacks are not thin skinned people. The great majority of them have endured countless insults, deprivations and fearful happenings during their lifetimes. One weirdly worded comment from a man who they know is much more their friend than his opponent is going to have net zero influence in their voting.

Fall to pieces... the EU just said, stay away Americans unless you are high priority, we don't want your failed asses on our continent, not until you have your shit together. Better luck next POTUS! The current one lives in a fantasy world, not the real world. He keeps spinning absurd fantasies. If you vote for him, you are fucking yourself over.

Take a good look at Joe Biden's face (mask on or off). That's your next president. Vote for him!

You're doing a false equivalence of "I don't support Biden therefore I must support Trump"

That is quite the opposite, and I hold you (of all the lib-cucks here) to a higher standard to be able to realize that yourself. This isn't difficult.

Also Trump has said plenty of stupid shit - he hasn't said the equivalency of "You ain't black...." if you don't vote for my white ass....

you're right, because he tends to go for much dumber and more offensive things like:

-mexico is sending rapists
-judges not being fit for their seat because of their ancestry
-when the looting starts, the shooting starts
-gov whitmer should make a deal with the armed, white protesters who stormed the capital
-very fine people on both sides
-could we inject bleach or another disinfectant to treat covid-19
-i am sending heavily armed troops to clear the area with very vicious dogs

that's all i got off the top of my head without doing a google search that would yield an endless supply of dumb-as-shit trump quotes.
