This is what I don't understand with regards to it's popularity. It takes 2 full beers to achieve what one glass of red wine does, at least for me.

I know he's a troll, but I have to agree with his point. Beer tastes like absolute shit. I went to Belgium and tried a hundred different beers, I've tried plenty of craft beers here in the states. They all taste like shit.
My friend owns a little co-op brewery and is always getting me to try new beers in the hopes that one day one of them won't taste like piss. They always do.

Beer is amazing. I used to binge on busch light and high life, but nowadays I only buy good beers that I have never tried before.
It's amazing getting the same buzz from 6 good IPA's that you do from 10 crappy pilsners.
Founders Centennial IPA is the best beer on earth.
