I don't really notice gas prices. Gasoline is such a small part of my monthly expenses that whether it's 2 or 4 dollars, it doesn't impact me in any meaningful way. Of course, I only drive about 200 miles a week.
It's impossible not to have noticed gas prices during the past year if for no other reason than everyone's constantly talking about gas prices.

Food prices seem to have risen lately, so I'm curious to see if we'll see anything there.

Dave McOwen, the most educated Amercian on the internet, has been predicting post election oil/gas prices to rise to $200/barrel for oil and $10/gal for gas by the end of the year.
fwiw - I just filled-up(the first time in a month) for $2.16 in Boston.
You said that not me but it will certainly crank back up on any one of the bag of excuses they have such as summer blend, refinery explosion, storm 3,000 miles away etc etc.
I just filled up at $1.85, wow I should buy an Escalade right away right?
$1.84 here.
I just got a Grand Cherokee but my assumption the gas would go up to at LEAST $3/gal so I got it knowing prices are going to get worse.
If gas hits $5/gal or more I might sell it but doubtful.

prius owners crying lol![]()
I get better gas mileage than a Prius, and I'm not crying. It still saves me money overall.
I could go to work and back for 2.5 months on a tank(10 gal).
20$ for gas getting to/from work every 2.5mo FTW!
Moped?
Heh, my car can get better gas mileage than a Moped.. That's pretty funny.
See sig.
