Im in about the same place you are. I havent gotten those cars yet, at least not to my recollection, but I have the Nissan R938?(something like that), it gives the Top Secret S15 a run for its money. Whats really funny is taking this S class car back to the mid engine races that I hadnt done yet and blowing everything else out of the water.
Yeah, I used the R390 to win the mid-engine and "Big Block" series (it seems silly to me that it qualifies for anything calling itself a big block series, since it's only got a 3.9L engine, but hey . . .).
I just won the Lingenfelter 427 Corvette, and I defy anyone to drive that car without driver assists - it has 900 bhp and it's absolutely undriveable. It feels like you could leave a block-long burnout on a 2-3 shift. I haven't tried it with traction and stability control, but unless they work really well this car is pretty much worthless.
Ya, I gotta say ive used the R390 quite a bit, and I just love the thing. It corners pretty well, and I just love flying around turns.
I just got the Lingenfelter also. Im not good enough to turn off TCS, or ABS for that matter, so hopefully it will play better. I just wonder how fast this thing can go, its speed rating is 9!
