Not when I tried the wheel with the demo, the settings were horrible. i don't know about nascar but F1 cars atleast have steering that doesn't rotate 360 degrees. i suppose at those highh speeds time spent rotating is gonna kill you.
Right. F1 cars and most open wheel cars don't do full rotations because the way the cars are designed makes it so you don't have to.
