I think the intro page can be excluded immediately. I'll be interested to try the other two pages out when I get home.
In any case, it's very likely that when some of the better ad-blocking/privacy extensions get released, that rogue ads will be even less of an issue. I've heard uBlock origins is being worked on.
You can use uBlock Origin in Edge right now. You just have to enable the ability to run unknown extensions in that browser.
Download the .zip here: https://github.com/nikrolls/uBlock-Edge/releases/tag/1.7.7b14-edge
Then follow these instructions:
* Once downloaded, extract the file to a folder.
* Open Edge and type about:flags in the address bar and hit Enter.
* On the ensuing developer page you then need to check “enable extension developer features”.
* Next click the three dots in the upper right corner in Edge and select Extensions then click Load Extension.
* Select the folder you extracted the file to.
* The extension should then be enabled.
* Quick note -- you will have to re-enable the extension each time you load the browser as it will disable every time you close the browser.
YMMV when it comes to how well it works but I've done it and it seems to work pretty well.
